I know the video is a 1 year old, but my comment on the Aprilia Pegaso 650 CUBE is: I've had several different motorcycles before, such as the Kawasaki KLE 500, Yamaha XTZ 660 Tenere, Suzuki Freewind 650, and now I own the Aprilia Pegaso 650 CUBE .I have the least problems with Aprilia, it works very well, the consumption per 100 kilometers is 5.5 if you drive 100 km per hour, but if you drive 160 km per hour the consumption is 7 liters per 100 kilometers, the only problem on Aprilia is the seat, after two hours of driving starts to hurt your ass because the seat is a little too thin. In my experience, the Aprilia Pegaso 650 Cube is the best so far...Sašo

Mine is a 1997. I like it although my seat is like a plank after 30mins riding. Really unbearable, i dont know if its just mine or me or whatever but i couldnt tour on it. Also it doesnt seem to like being in higher gears while going slow it seems to judder a bit on acceleration. Its ok if i keep it above 4000 rpm tho. Im just more used to a 4 cylinder bike. I am going to strip tbe carbs tomorrow tho and clean and reset them sii if it makes a difference as it feels quite flat. I would have thought it would have been more grunty than it is.

Is this a good bike for daily use? I want to use it on daily so I can store the car and use it for the winter. So, do you think it is worth to buy one even is kinda old bike? Thank you!

The most common problems with the pegaso 650 are weak mufflers they do rust very easily, Also the original Starter/sprag clutch can be a problem if you go and buy one you have to check if it starts smoothly without hard click clack** noises or the starter goes round without taking the engine with it. This can be a very expensive repair so be aware. But overall it is a very reliable i use it daily to get to work because it is easy to ride and very light motorcycle.Also the single cilinder rotax engine is also used in the BMW F650 motorcycles.
My Aprilia is 2000 and I've had it for a year and so far I haven't had any problems, it pulls well for 50 horses and holds up well on the road.I heard that the Aprilia 650 CUBE is better than the IE version so I bought the Cube, they say that it is more reliable than the Aprilia Pegaso 650 IE.
