*NOTE: MUST HAVE ONE CURRENT WORKING REMOTE TO PROGRAM A NEW ONE.
Programming Instructions for your Duracell Keyless Entry Remote:
Step 1: Insert your key and turn the ignition to the “Run” position.
Step 2: With your already programmed remote press and hold the “Unlock” button for 4-10 seconds.
Step 3: While you are holding the “Unlock” button press the “Panic” button for 1 second, releasing both buttons at the same time. Within 3 seconds you will hear a chime confirming the vehicle has entered programming mode.
Step 4: Within 30 seconds of the chime press any button on each remote, including existing remotes. You will hear a chime after each remote has been programmed.
Step 5: Turn the ignition to the “Off” position and remove the key.
Step 6: Press any button on each remote to confirm programming.
Your Duracell Keyless Entry Remote is now programmed!

I found a different set of directions for the one I had. The one I had you held the unlock for 10 and then pressed the panic for a second. Then you push the unlock and lock at the same time and then press the unlock and you get the chime. Then you push the unlock and lock on the remote to be programmed and then unlock again to get another chime. Only thing I notice differently is my fob has a button for the trunk or in my case the tailegate to release and open.
Is the factory radio has to do something about the programing,because i bought one and it doesnt work,already change the batteries but still the same.
How about if your old keyboard broke on the key ring part? But it still works, but you went and bought 2 new ones. How would you program them without a locksmith
My buttons are on my key I have a Dodge Magnum 2004 . I did the same sequence with my key in the ignition and it worked
Excellent video. My experience was different. My vehicle is 2004 Dodge ram 1500. The new remote I had to hold down the unlock key and the panic button for about 5 seconds together and then released. I tried it many many times as demonstrated in this video which did not work. The holding both keys down for about 5 seconds it paired the new key fob to the truck.

no, this only works if you have a working fob. you need to have a working fob to get the computer into the "Pairing mod"

Gotta be the locksmith or buy a dorman module to program yourself using the obd port under the steering wheel.
I tried grounding pin 1 to pin 4 on obd port using another guide and that wouldn't activate programming mode. Lucky I found my other fob shortly after. Gotta pay up if you got nothing. Try not to drop your keys.

@@Joelewis1996 I don't know. I'm almost sure mine came with keyless entry from the factory. It was my Father's last truck he had before he passed away, so I inherited it. I believe it got lost, so all I have now is just the extra standard key.
If I have an already remote I don't need to do this.
