- It's random lift tours France, Belgium and Netherlands mad cycling and camping adventure!
I hope you enjoy this mad adventure. This is my longest video so far. I didn't intend it to be this long, I tried to cut out as much as I could until I reached the stage where I couldn't remove anymore, as everything left was stuff I wanted in the tour. I recommend that you watch this in two goes if you find it too long. These random lift tours take a long time to edit. Do you have any ideas of what Evil Owl should get up too next when he escapes the lift shaft!

This is probably my all time favourite Beno video of all time, I really like the mixture of everything from different modes of travel and lifts. The amount of effort that meant into this video is amazing, I can still remember watching it when new, it still has the same feeling now.

Great random tour! I quite enjoyed the "commercial breaks" and evil owl, I couldn't stop laughing, it was quite fun to watch. I love 80's otis lifts, remember them from my childhood. That Startlift Voorburg looks like to be modded by Kone. Not too suprising, as Startlift was the most popular brand in the Netherlands and that's why they where taken over by Kone. In my region the even have a cycling highway, I.e. a very fancy, well lit and broad cycling road between cities. It runs along a railroad and it's still in development but about 20-25 km has been completed. It connects the cities Hengelo and Enschede and is supposed to be extended to the german border.

Very good stuff I really enjoyed this. before I came across you're channel too be honest I never had an interest in lifts but I now I do I also look forward to seeing you're videos. I do urbex so if I come across an old lift I will film it for you and mat and put it up on my channel for you and who ever likes that sort of thing. I have some old lifts on my channel and more to go up soon.

In Gravesend they have extremely narrow cycle lanes going between a traffic island & the pavement as a contra-flow & THE COUNCIL KEEP PARKING THEIR CARS IN THE CYCLE LANE.

When you came out of the port in Dunkerque, you should of turned right and it would of took you into Loon Plage then in to town, you went straight forward and went through Bourbourg. I ended up covered in dirt when I took that route.

Nice pop up tent what model is it? Is it double skinned? I bet it is nice and light!
+Knuckles the Echidna The tent is a Decathlon 2 second pop up tent (although I would say that it takes 10 seconds to put it up, but still very quick). It has the green material on the outside and then a separate white material inside with 2 doors to get in and out (I think that would count as double skinned). It cost £35. It is light enough to carry around on my back for a couple of days, but after a while it becomes a bit of a pain.
+benobve Aaaah very nice tent by the sound of it :) nice that it has a little porch too! I assume it packs up into a disc shape? May have to get one for camping in the garden, my Vango won't pitch on concrete hehe!

I use a euro hike pop 200sd tent and also is a pop up tent. It is good quality.
