- 1. Stupid central line driver didn't even notice there was a problem. Only half the doors had opened and people were dashing to get on and off the train and the driver shut the doors. Not everyone had got of the train (families had become separated) and someone had his bag stuck in the doors. Only with a lot of shouting did the driver wake up and realize there was a problem.
2. The evacuation alarm is tested at Paddington. There was an announcement before this telling people about the test but it was so muffled that nobody heard it. Everyone started panicking and leaving the station until one of the staff shouted "it's just a test".
3. Ticket barrier is waving. It wasn't stopping in the right place and was keeping correcting its position (feedbacking).
4. I jump on a DLR train on the arrivals platform to ride the Bank switchback. The conductor is very angry.
5. My expensive quadcopter crashes twice.
6. After managing to get into a 30s Otis lift round the back of Barts hospital. I go down to the basement and it refuses to move again. The outer door is chained so I can't get out. Turns out that the outer door had slipped open slightly and wasn't locking.
7. I open up a generic lift to find that it is alarmed, or is it the door motor.
8. Networker train fail. The motor keeps cutting out.
9. I am on top a lift and suddenly find that I can't move it on inspection. I jump off as quick as possible in case the reason for this is that the inspection switch doesn't work then I could be on top an out of control lift.
10. Security guard spots me filming an ecodisc in Primark at Westwood Cross (Thanet). After I explain about lift filming he is happy with it.
11. I use my 827 key to ride a vertical door lift I spot round the back of a building. When I go to get out a security guard is waiting. He is very angry, but I manage to persuade him that I am a dumb tourist thinking that the lift went into the hotel next door.
12. Christmas special 2012. Crazy transport is going around the Pentagon bus station and the top of it crashes into the ceiling.
13. I am about to capture a flag from a golf course and a golfer comes over the hill.
14. I send my bike up my tree and crash it down so that it would bounce of a trampoline, except it breaks my trampoline. grrrr.
15. Hydraulic Keighley lift at thurrock services has a leaking solenoid. It keeps sinking and releveling. It keeps on doing this even with the doors closed. This lift should have been turned off.
16. I attempt to ride a switchback on the Paris metro line 14 (automatic trains with no conductor or driver). The control center sends it down the end of the tunnel for the night. They were very angry when we pressed the alarm.
17. Fire alarm in Woolwich tunnel.
18. I am on top an Otis 2000 with translucent lift shaft. The lift goes down to the ground floor and anyone could see me. Some children start playing with the doors stopping me from moving the lift.
19. Burst water pipe in the chequers center in Maidstone. Water went everywhere. The stupid security guard illegally told me and some children to delete our photos.
20. I get stuck in a 70s Express. Afterwards the staff get very rude and start demanding to know who I am.
21. I get stuck in a rare vintage Aldous Campbell Hypower lift. This lift was in very bad condition and wasn't being maintained. The logic was very messed up. The shop were not looking after it.
22. I get stuck in an inner door less lift in Belgium. It is very bad that it can't handle an emergency stop, which happens often in inner door less lifts.
23. Medway Mini Pointer Dart breaks down.
24. White van's rear lights fail. The indicators light up when it is braking.
25. Bike ride fail. My back wheel kind of jams up and something is rubbing against it which I couldn't remove. When I get home I find that the axle is broken.
"Excuse me, why are you taking photos?"

6:44 I am surprised that the fire alarm has not gone off. Typically, when the fire sprinklers go off, water sensors detect flowing water triggering the fire alarm.

+kriskolo2013 I forgot to add the fail with the security guy when filming 5 nights at freddy's. What fails were you thinking of?
1. 70s Express overruns the top floor
2. Fire breathing Routemaster
3. Epileptic lighting - Watford shopping centre car park
4. Rikki throws his phone at Mad Ducks
5. Generic hydraulic overruns a floor and then has to re-level - Dover docks
6. In the allders car park the left lift doesn't always open its doors on floor 13 - Westfield in Croydon
7. Ecodisc in Woking keeps creating an error when it reaches full speed.
8. Emergency Gen 2 stop when you open up the rear set of doors when the lift has already started moving - Westfield in Stratford
9. Main lifts keeps announcing wrong floor - Westfield in White City
10. In a stupid generic, the screen which shows on what floor the lift is, has a problem.
Maybe these fails are not as epic as these ones, but they are quite unusual

Beno is stuck. Right before it cuts to the next clip theres a text written in purple saying “HELP!!! I am trapped at the end of the tunnel”

+Archie Crank Yes. It is the arrivals platform. The train then does the switchback and goes into the departures platform.

+Uphoisting Experiences by Technicalboy3000 Those lifts have always been a bit odd. They accelerate amazingly fast. They were slowed down from 2.5 m/s to 2 m/s a few years ago. The logic has been part modded. It has new positioning system but original controller.

+HeinsInLifts IndonesianGuy I could hear a relay so the button circuit was connecting. I never step down onto lifts that I don't know work, so I made sure that I wouldn't become trapped.

PlumbingFan Switch back - DLR use a section of track to go from the Arrival platform to the departure platform. You are not supposed to do it! :)
