Thanks a lot for sharing your tips. I've started printing with TPU on my voron 2.4 + stealthburner and have had extrusion issues. Basically at times it stops extruding altogether. I'll try removing the Bowden tube as you've suggested in another video. By chance, could you share your slicer settings?
I am printing really good with tpu on sb, make sure your filament idler tension is a low as possible, unscrew as much as possible without losing grip. I will share my setting soon!
@@3dPrinterSchool Awesome, thanks! I'm particularly curious about the extrusion multiplier. Personally I've had to crank it up a lot (1.2 or 1.3) otherwise there were wide gaps between the wall lines. Also, do you have any tips on setting the anti-swish screw in the CLockWork 2 extruder? Would love to know your end-to-end process for initially setting up the tension screw and anti-squish screw when you initially load the TPU filament. Maybe an idea for a future video? :)
