Ahhh, my Saturday morning breath of fresh air. The footage of the your boat sailing into the sunset is absolutely stunning! Love watching your adventures. Safe travels!
So much enjoy your beautiful sailing adventures! I remember when I first started watching you working on Atticus 1. Who would have thought that fledgling channel would have come to this. Always my favorite sailors
Sooooooo lovely. 🥰 Nice to see everyone reviving and feeling better. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Montenegro looks fabulous‼️ Looking forward to more of this place before your departure back to the US for baby #2. 😊 See you next time. ✨🌊💨⛵️🏝️🌞✨
Wonderful video. Isabella will enjoy these baby videos when she’s a young lady. And grandma being so young and beautiful. Keep Ceo aboard. She’s great.
Thanks for a beautiful video. The Adriatic looks like an awesome sail! Thanks for sharing your adventure. I am glad to see you and your Mom sharing this adventure and I know y'all will miss her when she has to go. Hope you get to feeling better Desiree. I am a novice sailor with a new to me Catalina 22 that I am learning on, and I learn something new with every episode y'all post. Thanks and fair winds!

❤ "911? My baby's too cute!" Surely! RE: Shore lights messing with night vision -- with so many stars visible at night, might some celestial navigation practice be in order duing the midwatch? It's another skill to learn -- especially when the power goes out for all those pricey nav station electronics, and where the shore lights are too distant. Blessings, S/V Windwalker
Amazing .. thanks for these kinda videos as we r kinda stuck with our office work .. n meetings n presentations .. loking at ur life .. gives us the motivation to keep going on ..
So great you guys are so close - starting from Key West you felt like being on another planet viewing from Central Europe. I could get to Montenegro with 10 hrs of drive. Hope everything goes well with Desiree. Have fun with family at home. All the best to you.
Iv watched your whole stream and I think you guys rock . Both of you are very hard working people and deserve all the adventurers you are getting to do. I have loved watching you both grow over the years with both boats. You have inspired me to sail as well . Although I’m older and sail boats are not my thing anymore, I’m more of a catamaran person, I would suggest that you guys with your growing family and the Safety issues as well as comfort and room with 2 kids you might want to look for Atticus lll.
Stunning. I love living in BC Canada, but the beauty of the old world is captivating. The history and culture is next level. Thanks for sharing with us!
I also love the night watch. I think my favorite is 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. and especially when far from land. I also use a timer for horizon checks. Within about 150 NM of land, I stick with 10 minute timers. But when far off land - over 200 NM - I often extend the time to 12 or even 15 minutes. And I don't like the lights from shore. It is so hard to distinguish land lights from ship lights when the vessel is large and far away. I have difficulty seeing the red or green lights that identify a vessel in motion. Jordan, you talked about concerns when out of sight of land. I believe I am safest when far from land. There is no lee shore in the middle of the Pacific. And if you can avoid the major shipping routes, there is little chance of a conflicting vessel. It's when I relax the most. If you can't see land, it is highly unlikely that you will run aground.
It's been 2 YeArS?! I'm getting old lol. I remember well the silence for about a month and everyone wondering if you made it okay, and then your first video releasing about the crossing!
We watch Project Atticus as well as SV Delos and La Vagabonde every week, our three favorite . We have been for the last four years. All three are produced very well. And as a videographer my sell I know the time you put in to your weekly episodes. But I must say yours are the best! Your editing, music and content are superb! Thanks for sharing your lives with us.
Guys, as you love landscape views, must see: fort Gorazhda (nearby), Lovchen serpentine, Saint Ilia chapel on the border with Croatia (you need a higher clearance car)
Another great video. I've been curious for a while now, do y'all ever fish when you're on your way? That first day it looked really calm enough to do some trolling.
There is absolutely nothing wrong being a mum... and at the same time enjoying some « me » moments. I actually think only genuine mothers / fathers admit that ! A short true time with your child is better than just having them around whilst not interacting with them. just my two cents as a mum too. This said, another great video -and I love your family vibes (as I always say) ! ✨🧡
Super nice video! Congrats to the two captains and the whole crew for the sailing. It's a few years now I'm following you and it's always a pleasant surprise to watch your adventures 😍 May I ask you what camera you use to film the stars so clearly? It's amazing how sharp they are... Big hug and fair winds - Elisabeth
Few milligrams of vitamin B6, as advised in books by US nutritionist Adele Davis, took nausea away during my wife's pregnancies. Also make sure to get plenty of complete (animal) protein: fish, steak, eggs, ... B vitamins should be taken in balanced quantities, so don't just take B6. (Vitamin B6 can also be found in travel sickness pills for same nauseous reason.) Animal protein sources mentioned contain good amounts of B6 (and many other good stuff). So if you'd get the required several hundred grams of say fish or steak, you're probably okay for B6 too; although a few extra mg won't hurt. Obviously eating very well is extremely important when pregnant, so fighting nausea is too. As always: Do your own research and get convinced 🙂
Desiree, my daughter has been a labor and delivery nurse for over 20 years. She has said that the mothers who have had hard morning sickness seem to have the healthier babies. Strange fact but there must be something to it. Maybe give you a small piece of mind knowing it’s gonna be worth it having your super healthy new baby !!
Dear Sailing Project Atticus family, So touching this passage to Montenegro. So much family harmony, all of you enjoying the journey, which is a reflection of life's journey itself. Congrats again for such a lovely episode, hope Desirée gets better with her pregnancy minor discomforts. Btw, Desirée, is your Mom latina? Her name sounds Spanish. Just curious. And Jordan, always the poet to describe stuff, like when you arrived in Montenegro. Enjoy your upcoming journeys, can't wait to see the next episodes. Abrazos, la tía Ivy desde Panamá
I often have problems in my life. I've done a counselling course through a public college, and the best thing I found was to talk to a life size doll of Homer Simpson. I vet my problems to "him", don't get any feedback, and once I have said my problems, everything seems to make sense. It's cheaper than a therapist, and once I have broadcasted the issue, both sides of the problem just seem to fall into place to resolve each other. Sometimes you don't need a therapist, you just need to talk to an impromptu person to see reason.
Took a cruise on a small cruise ship to Kotor. It is truly a totally amazing place!!! I guess we'll see more next video but the few drone shots gave a great idea what to expect. It was already a tad touristy in that our 250 pax ship wasn't a huge deal compared to the land side tourism (a lot of Russians, oh so many...) but I know that bigger ships now include Kotor and it is a really small place. The small cruise ships can also dock downtown unlike the big ships that have to be outside in the bay and then you'd have to tender in. I'd love to go again but would, now, try to go in shoulder season. For someone living in the Caribbean, that European medieval feel of the place was absolutely awesome!!!
WELL, this trip was for me to view was very relaxing. 48 hrs at sea in a calm, with a land fall of Montenegro. BEAUTIFUL! O', MOM, my mon money is on a BOY. If I'm lyin I'm dyin. 2nd trimester as you say I hope is easier for you. Your next vid will be out standing.😊

Kotar is one of the top places I’ve ever been to. It’s a toss up between the Amalfi coast & Montenegro.
Wonderful video as usual!!! Question: how complicated is to check-in in Montenegro? Do you need visa? And for the boat? Any difficult paperwork?
Great voyage
