I glossed over that there is a learning curve in the editor but it's tough to go back and record extra commentary after the fact. I'm relatively design & tech savvy for a salesperson as I now create content and review lots of tools so it wasn't a huge challenge for me. But for others I wouldn't go into this expecting MS Word. There are some ease of use tradeoffs for the upsides of a web based proposal. After 30-minutes of playing around with the header hierarchies, page breaks, and tables it starts to feel natural. I had a ton of fun going down memory lane and seeing all the updates on the product for this video.
