- Jigging for Walleye is definitely my favorite style of fishing, and fishing below Spillways and Dams are my favorite areas to fish! So saying this video was a FREAKING BLASK to make is an understatement!

I like when your dad showed up and said, “Are those my waders?” 😀
@@eric_schaaf 🤣 he thinks he’s funny lol he hasn’t owned waders in 20 years

Just rolled back into Iowa a couple hours ago! Will be hitting the rivers hard alllll March long!!!
I cant believe there is a walleye in that state, when I drive down to Iowa eveyone is driving north. Great Job!
Yeah, us Iowans love to drive north for Walleyes lol we definitely have them, but they are tough around here! A limit rarely happens for me!
Depends what lakes/rivers you fish in there are a lot of walleye spots in iowa
Omg I miss caseys. Haven't lived in Iowa in 15 years.
Caseys pizza and A&E Dairy products are the two things I crave when I leave Iowa!
@@theu.s.ofangling1344 my aunt and uncle used to be big dairy farmers for Blue Bunny so I was always biased towards that.
I love that spot
This guy gets way too excited 😂
I love fishing Scott st dam
Not anymore. They ruined it for white water rafting. Such a fucking joke.
Use live shiners u will catch a 5-45 lbs wiper
Best spot in iowa

You can tell he isn’t fishing in Northeast Iowa!!!
We don’t have Walleye in our local Rivers in Fayette Co.
Oh yes you do! I’ve caught them up there!
I dont keep anything under 15'' or over 21''
I’ve been knocking em dead down there!! I love living within walking distance of Scott street
What city is that in??
Des Moines Iowa!
is that the Saylorville Dam?
This is Scott street dam! I believe there is only fishing from the bridge right now due to construction on both shorelines
@@theu.s.ofangling1344 Wow ... Open season year around on the river? Thats amazing
Do they stock walleye in that state
Yes they do!
Nothing
How do you travel the country fishing every day..that is my dream.
Preparation was working and paying off all of our debt. Once covid hit my wife’s job turned remote, and I’m lucky enough to have a wife who allows me to fish and try to make a living doing the thing I love most in life!
@@theu.s.ofangling1344 I have a 1/2 acre pond in bellevue loaded with trout and a creek with brownies in it...drop by and give it a try
Man that would be AMAZING! When I’m in the area I’ll reach out for sure! 😃
@@theu.s.ofangling1344 anytime...let me know
Hey…..about that first catch…..that’s not a keeper.
Tasted like a keeper!
No way first fish was a keeper! What's keeper size in your state, Anything?
No statewide minimum in Iowa, just certain body’s of water. It tasted great! Thanks for watching!
