You guys should try out the shimano exprides since you are on shimanos pro staff or whatever. It is a mid 200 rod that fishes like a rod in the 400’s. It’s unbelievable how much nicer the expride is than anything in its price range. There is a 7’3” extra heavy in the line that is the perfect frog/dog rod.

@@TodaysAngler While they do get to 40" plus, its very rare to catch one anywhere near that size. I went on many trips to Lake Erie and other places and caught hundreds and hundreds of walleye, but very few over 24" so even top notch anglers like you guys ought to perhaps temper those expectations a bit

Casting down stream, but guessing they took the boat as most fish run up rivers and streams ect... to spawn.

@ Jacob Burks right on, the bite is really kicking off here in s.e. Michigan. I still can't believe the governor has over stepped with the boats with motors ban. I could be wrong but I think that decision will be lifted soon, if not I would hope that every boat owner in Michigan demand refunds for they're registration fees or prorate them for the time loss which isn't the fault of owners. She and her idiot advisers didn't think this through.

Nice job fellas. I've got a month to go before season opens. But I live right on the upper niagara in N.Y. . No problem catching slobs here. I think I had over a dozen over 10 lbs last spring. Thanks for the vid.

Any rumblings of outdoor recreation being shut down up there? Here in Kentucky they've only closed a few areas and a couple of state parks where people were congregating too heavily. The state has stopped issuing out of state turkey tags and made it impractical for out of state hunters who've already bought them to participate in the season.
They shut down like 40 State Parks in Wisconsin already.
From the state of Wisconsin: All "public and private gatherings of any number of people that are not part of a single household" are banned. As such, not sure you guys should be demonstrating fishing in the same boat, unless you are not in WIsconsin.

Thanks for another minor reprieve from social distancing. It looked like a great day on the water, but we are spoiled. You fish for hours and we see it all condensed into a warm and fuzzy few minutes. Can't wait for the next episode. My only complaint is I hardly get my couched warmed up and the video is over.
