- A while back I showed how to make your own marshmallow trout bait. It's an inexpensive homemade bait, made with your own scents and colors that is highly effective and floats like Power Bait. In this video, I'll go through the process of how to rig your fishing rod, and how to catch a trout with it. I hope you guys try to make some for yourself if you have stocked trout in your area. Just came from your tutorial on how to make marshmallow bait. Great to see you use it successfully. I recently got back into fishing, caught my first dinky rainbow of the year earlier today. My powerbait is running out, but I think I want to try marshmallows instead of replacing it. Tight lines!

I had to start using barbless for trout. i didnt always want to keep them.
I agree. If I decide not to keep them, I pinch the barbs down with a pair of pliers. It can save a little bit of money on buying two different sets of hooks. Thanks for your support. 😁
@@corysurvival yeah the gamikatsu hooks i use get pricey, but I only trout fish when I go on my vacation to the black hills
