I think Japan would be great to travel with the baby - it's modern, has great transportation that's comfortable, it's clean, easy to move around. It is very safe - seriously! - and very orderly. I traveled this year in Japan for 3 weeks and I saw many families with kids of various ages - it's just one of the places that it's easy to travel with babies.
I used to goto Japan every summer to see my dad from the age of 12-17 for 6 weeks at a time, and its super safe and they love kids. Amazing country that i had the pleasure to visit 6 times!
You really hit the jackpot with Rich! You can just tell he has such a kind heart. You as well! And the ancestry thing is fascinating. I have always thought Rich looks so much like my friend. The first time I saw him I couldn’t believe my eyes. Everything from facial features to physique to tone of voice is so similar. I am from a Nordic country. And your jewish side makes so much sense (ie the lovely thick hair I envy!)
I loved this video but one thing the consumer DNA test packets don't tell you, is that the ancestry is derived from people who are currently living/in recent record. This means that it can relate you geographically to the current locations of populations, but it does not account for previous migrations. This is part of why your results can be updated and change as more DNA becomes a part of record. With this knowledge, you can research the historical record of population migrations of different countries. It really is fascinating, there have been so many events causing displacement and expansion of empires, the fall and rise, that you might find something truly unexpected :)!
Apparently very young children (2-3 years old) that grow up with a pet (mainly cats / dogs) have a much lower chance of developing an allergy for cats / dogs than others. Maybe something to consider. Indoor cats live longer (average 15 years) than outdoor cats (average 8 years). I live in a large city, I don’t know many people that let their cats outside, I believe most are indoor cats.
Rich is such a laid back guy. I love how you two have such different personalities, I think it makes you blend well together. I can't wait for baby Pebbles to come. (maybe rich can do a takeover blog during the birth! lol)
Please adopt a dog when you guys are ready instead of buying from a breeder or pet store. You have so many people that follow you and it would a great example for them if you adopted and didn't shop, since so many youtubers buy dogs without thinking of the consequences. xx
@@scottishgirlbiker2291 They said they would around 7 years old, plus i work for a rescue and work with a lot of other rescues and a baby does not prevent you from adopting a dog at all.
@@scottishgirlbiker2291 there are tons of rescues and shelters everywhere, some have different way of doing things. Babies do not stop people from adopting. Thats great but adopting dogs saves lives, millions don't make it out of shelters every year because people decide to support breeders and pet stores.
Best Q&A you‘ve ever done!! 👏🏻 I always like your Q&As, because you don‘t seem to be afraid of „difficult questions“ and you always seem so honest eg. about not enjoying working out, despite „everyone on IG loves it“ 😅 (I also can‘t find this pure joy in it) This one was funny and interesting. So thanks for that 😊 Greetings from Germany💗
Just an fyi that because canada is SOOO big, it's very expensive to travel internally. It's best if you just choose one city. I know people love the idea of Banff, but if you don't like outdoor activities it can be kind of wasted. If you go to Toronto it's a little easier to get to Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec City by train/car (which is still expensive and takes a while then you might be used to, but it's a good bundle of cities). Hope you get the chance to come over one day! 💕
If you wanna be motivated to work out you have to find something that you love to do. I'm a swimmer, a cyclist, I do yoga, I walk everywhere, and I pretty much look forward to all of it, whatever it is I decide to do that day - and I work out almost every day. Having a variety of sports or physical things to chose from also increases motivation, so find the most pleasing ways you like to move your arms and legs and JUST DO IT lol
You need to remember, and this is something that I don’t think any of us really realize, us and our siblings aren’t exact copies of each other. like we all gain different traits from each parent. So there could be Irish in Rich’s family, he just didn’t pick up any of it. it’s so obvious but you never really think about this fact.
This is true. Your DNA you get from your parents is not an even 50/50 split. The trace amounts of northern African from my father did not show up on mine but they did show for my brother.
I highly recommend the TV show, The Let Down. It's an Australian comedy/drama about a new mum and the everyday struggles of parenthood. I loved it! it's on Netflix in Australia but I know it's available in the UK as well.
Celeste Muller how good is that show? I finished it in one sitting and made everyone I know watched it too. especially being in Sydney, find it doubly hilarious 🤣
