Love it! I have the REI chair and i agree on the core workout. I don't usually bring it backpacking but have thought about bringing it this summer.

Yes I agree! The REI is definitely the best weight option and bang for your buck. But better be ready side to side lol

If you get the ground pad for the Helinox, it’s the same price as the Nemo. If the ground is soft, the chair legs are sinking without one, so that part was missed in the evaluation.

I have the REIversion, only taken it out backpacking couple of times but at the end of the day you’re tired and anything is more comfortable than your bear can, a log or rock haha

after buying the ground pad for the helinox chair zero, the total cost is the same as the Nemo Moonlite elite, I own both, the helinox is a little more comfy imo

It defeintely depends on your body type. After trying the moonlite elite, I definitely found it more comfortable than the helinox. There were a few other advantages here and there as well.

Tried using the Moonlite and it was too uncomfortable for me. Helinox has been working for me since 2020, and still crushing it!

I have to agree Jason! The 3 of us are in agreement too. I like the concept, but they have more to grow to compete with the Helinox imo. Plus it’s $197 after tax 😳
