I could use those for gaming and AirPods Pro 2 for movies at night. Alternative: get Sonos Ace for both gaming and movies. But I care a lot about 3D audio / height and rear channels rendering. What would be your view?
Any ideas about new features for Sonos Arc 2? Incremental upgrade or major upgrade? I currently have Sonos Aec, Dual Sub and 2 Era 300, using Apple TV 4k
I haven’t listened to it yet but from the drawings it should sound much better than the current Arc especially in the bass response and dialogue quality. This is of course, only an educated conjecture.
Thank you for the video. How are the height channels on Sonos Ace? Is the 7.1.4 good? How does it compare vs AirPod Pro 2 audio swap from Apple TV 4K?
They are about the same but I personally prefer the Ace because the weight distribution feels nicer on my head.

To my ears the Sony have too much bass bloat. The Ace have bass bloat but nowhere near as the Sony. I prefer the Ace over the Sony anytime.

@giacintorenta7579 the 3D audio is better on the Sony. But again the bass bloat making me feel distracted all the time when wearing the Sony.
