    The SL Quad Killer at 1:53 is amazing. I'm a downhill MTB rider, and my left knee has gotten so weak in that position, since it's my lead foot and doesn't take much load. My leg shakes like crazy with 10lbs, and is about 50% weaker than my right. I believe this, along with the weak glutes are the cause of my knee pain. I also bought the app, has been extremely helpful, thank you!

      Yeh it's well focused for sure , even without weight my leg quickly goes erratic with it activated like that which shows the weakness / inner quad dominance

    @coreexxcell could knee caving also be due to a lack of ankle mobility or foot strength?

    Thanks for the gold! For the SL quad killer, if I feel this in my glutes, is that normal or am I doing the exercise incorrectly?

      @@CorexcellSportsTrainingRehab I too feel it more in my glutes. Could it be because of glute weakness? Though if I just tilt the picture it seems like a standing hip thrust. So shouldn't it be normal to feel it in the hips?

    • @readywhen
      @readywhen ปีที่แล้ว

      @@triptik8810 if you rotate a bicep curl 180 degrees it becomes a tricep extension, so that doesn't really mean a lot ;)
