Fork tube extenders are called slugs. I enjoy watching your channel, I own a 94 vs 1400. Here in the USA it lagged behind Canada and Europe 5 speed by having a four speed transmission. I would really like taller gearing, less rpm at 70 mph.
I just purchased the dpm triple trees with the shorter extensions that they offer. I could not beat the price. You're videos are a great help, and I'm looking forward to your future videos of the intruder project.

Hi Mike, that is fantastic!!! Congratulations on your purchase, Don't forget that you will need to get yourself a new lower steering stem bearing for the Triple tree in order to fit it. The stock OEM bearing works. Thank you for your kind words, there are a few BIG videos in the pipeline, that may or may not include the engine being rebuilt :D Be safe out there!
What do I do about the wiring, and risers. There's not enough room for the stock risers and wires that go through them. My oem risers have a outside diameter of 22mm and there triple trees hole are 13.8mm.

@@0661mike correct. The new triple tree requires after market risers and the wiring will need to exit the handlebars at some point to run down to the headlight. I will be doing a full front end video with this triple tree very soon!
@ would a used riser from a 2000 and up model work? I believe in 2000 the ran the wiring externally, and the riser is a solid bolt. I believe you have the same problem my friend.

@@0661mike I'm swapping out the whole triple tree set up I have new risers and handlebars etc
I finally finished the dpm triple tree rake kit. What royal pain in the rear. Added there extensions aswell. It looks awesome, but if I had to do it all over again I probably wouldn't. It was not exactly plug and play.

Hi Mike! How is she handling after the install? Glad that you powered through the install?
@ the handling is not bad. It's a little harder with turning, but not bad. I would like to get longer forks installed this winter. The 35mm extensions are not quite long enough for my setup.

Order either Race Tech or Sonic Springs for the front end; guessing on your size, but 1.00 kg/mm are what you will most likely need. If everything is being changed, might as well fix what Suzuki did cheaply
Hi hagar, i have a suzuki boulevard s83 2008. I have an exhaust question. Have you heard or tried marving dual side exhaust on vs 1400. And have you tried SIGMA jet kit on somebodys vs 1400. I have one but i am scared to put it

I havent used that exhaust system before I'm afraid. I run cobra drag pipes they are a great sounding exhaust. I have just installed the sigma jet kit into my carbs. Video coming soon
How would I go about getting sponsored as to get parts and test them for companies so that I’m not spending so much out of pocket on parts

Just to clarify, I paid for this particular product. I have worked with a few brands that have sent me tools and parts but it comes down to what you can offer them. Afterall, nothing in life is completely free. I have quite a nice channel with good content and it targets a niche of bikers which in turn is a good platform for some brands.
Hagar: if I can get it out without spilling crap everywhere..
Pringles flowing everywhere ! Lol
hahaha i know right!!!!

Me neither brother! Absolutely over the moon with the quality of it! Just hope it rides well haha

Me too man! New bearings on order, shouldn't be too long now!
Those prepsols I think are made from wheet and should dissolve in water

Thanks Brother, will check it out!
Awesome shit!! Will this give you that option for a fatter tire up front? That would be an awesome upgrade to the bike.
It absolutely will :) It comes with spacers too so you can run the stock tire if you like
Please update on the length of the forks when possible.
I most certainly will Eric
The Barnett clutch kit link is for the 1500 is that also compatible with the 1400?
Hi would this improve wheel wobble on my trike?
Hey brother they don’t have them on the site anymore so you think I should email them and they will possibly make one for me?
I've heard they stopped production of them last year but definitely worth asking if they can still get them!
all I was thinking untill you said it, does it come in black too :)
I know right! But still, with the savings on the special offer, no reason I cant get it powder coated now :)
I got it right..packing popcorn
hahaha Well Done!!!
