@@AuthorityCat only if you want to go over lvl 1k. Most weapons can do steel path without much problem if you invest on them. Nowadays, arcanes and galvanized mods is what matters the most.
Honestly people are sleeping on magnetic heat combo. Works for all factions and has been very helpful for me against the corrupted, since it's a mix or shield and armour. Throw viral on the helstrum or a primer secondary and have cascadia flare for any heat damage boosting all weapon damage and not just secondarys
And there is the new melee arcane that lets you group up enemies when killing an enemy effected by Magnetic. Definetly a set-up I'm gonna try alongside a Diriga for proccing Viral and other elements.
I would say there's a lot more combos than just viral+slash/corrosive+heat. These combos are just the most common because the game is made in the way it is made. And as you said, we have companions which can prime enemies for us.
But! If anyone here played any armored core, you know what I'm going to say. There might be that one weapon or part which you cannot use no matter how much you try. But someone else is straight up shredding with it.

I agree this is a fun lollipop basher. When you are a hammer, everything looks like a nail as they say. I think this is probably one of the better hammers not as good as the Fragor Prime but still a SOLID heavy melee option.
Please do more fun builds for hammers, we simply do not see enough of them. I wanna see builds for the Arca Titron and Sampotes as they have such cool gimmicks

I made/modified it don’t remember anymore, but i threw on Killing Blow or whatever the heavy attack damage mod was, and a whole bunch of mods for crit damage and chance. It doesn’t crit higher really than yellow most times, but 200k on crit is enough to kill most stuff in arbitrations, and a good lot of stuff in early steel path. I took it to a netracell, though, and it did pretty ok. A little underwhelming, but very fun. You can build some combo if you want, but i got it up to a 5.4 multiplier, so it doesn’t need it, really.
Curious if youd try and comment on a hildryn build, parasitic armor 4th slot, max strength with precise strength, some duration, max sheilds and health, and zenurik to still occasionally use pillage. Curious what you think of it and how it compares to inaros.
Bad because atleast you can put buffs on inaros. You have to fully build into that to get less armor stripping and be just as tanks. It asking if having 0 abilities is better then have 1 ability🤣
am using at least 4 glad mods + blood rush + weeping wounds all the time... gladiator set has always been my favourite since it will always reach red crits and has amazing sinergy with blood rush for 10/10 damage outcome

If you like bonk weapons that deal crazy damage on Tennokai, I suggest trying out the Bo Prime Incarnon. It's absolutely nuts.
I am using it with frost's biting frost it is super fun to freeze enemies then crush them with a hammer after stripping their armor with avalanche or freezing them in general with any other of his abilities.
I wasn't looking forward to this one because I don't really like heavy weapons, but since the only Tennokai mod I got is the one you used, I'm gonna give it a chance, at least. Thank you!

This weapon absolutely fucking SCHLAPPS
So hyped to play around with it when I have more time for WF again
My personal favorite hammer it the Sancti Magistar because I can beat the sparkles out of people, and Tennokai just made it much more viable and quick as I'm not eating my combo counter to get a burst of confetti. Plus, with extra reach on Tennokai attacks, I can hit more enemies which means, more sparkles. :)
Since you made this thing work could you take a look at The War ?

This is the kind of video that I honestly want to thank you for. I am so infinitely tired of the insane meta-chasing in this community, not because it's at all necessary anymore with the power we've gotten over time, but merely because higher number. There are so, so many things and weapons that go unused in this game because someone doing level cap runs, which 99% of Warframe's players will never ever do, once said X > Y. So many interesting builds and combos that these people never get to experience.
Using this bonk machine reminds me of the warhammer from an Indian movie called Bahu Balli as one of the generals in the movie has a big ball hammer like this.

So what you're saying is that Tennokai might be a game changer for other weapons with special modifiers on heavy attack.....Hmmm.....Grendel/Masseter is the only one that comes to mind, but now I have to refresh my memory on some others, I usually ignore most "on heavy attack" procs because it always felt so clunky to use. New mechanics breathing life into old weapons. I love this game :D

Tennokai makes the Tenet Agendus into "melee combo with arca plasmor baked in" and that's still a little surreal to me. But I've been having a blast with it!
All duviri weapons have special heavy attacks, the Sibear and Sancti Magistar has one too. There are a few around

Weapon is pure impact. Impact opens up for finishers. We have an arcane that increases initial combo on finisher kill. IDK about you, but having a constant 12x combo sounds anything but mediocre to me.

I do like it. Before modding it, just toblet ya'll know, this thing is sloooow to swing. I had to put some attack speed mods on it.
It does have really great Impact damage and a great passive when using heavy slams. Use with Kullervo for maximum destruction.🥃😂
Remember all weapons and all frames can do all content so play the game the way you want

ah yes the damage over time meta.... lets hit something and wait 3 seconds for it to die instead of just smacking it upside the head for 2-17m.
I've never quite understood what niche scenario that meta comes from, or found it ingame lol.
(tougher to compare guns, since the "hammer" of guns would be the shogtun which splits the numbers up into pellets)

I hate the DOT meta. Big damage is neuron activation so this thing sounds great.

Maybe I sound crazy, but I don't think there's a strictly more fun option between DOT and straight damage builds.
Like, it's fair to find one more fun than the other, but as someone who loves using status and DOTs in games, don't diss my Dagath + Incarnon Anku funny "hit once and then go do something else" build >:(

Btw this is the new best hammer in the game, not only does it do so much damage up front it gets an additinal 80% damage AND 20% speed from heavy attacks. It legit does more damage than lets say kuva shildeg etc. While sure the status chance is meh you realise that a majority of the people use primers and armor strip abilitys so it doesnt matter.
Frankly I'm waiting for the day a psychology major sits down and really analyzes what the hell is wrong with the Warframe community, where a weapon can literally one-shot all enemies in all relevant content that actually exists in the game, but it will be judged by its performance in a conceptual scenario multiple hours into a theoretical endless mission, a situation you are actively disincentivized by game mechanics to get into in all regards except for, like... Void Fissures (for a generic resource boost??), and Disruption (to save ~3 minutes on the initial Rotations A and B). It's literally mass psychosis at this point. Are the 20 level 175 Steel Path Drekar Manic Bombards in the room with us right now? Does anyone actually do 8 hour survival missions? Please take better care of yourselves.

atm you can solo anything ingame with the builds before whispers in the wall imo anything added with whispers is overkill.....BUT for views/money/relevance you already see and will get ALOT of vids with new builds and increased dmg weapons...not really needed ingame tbh
new/returning players see all these and follow them thats it but like this guy said and proved and is known by old players almost anything works to kill stuff in wf as long as you know how to mod it and use it

This video touches on a dichotomy in the community. Some would say this video is disingenuous because it doesn’t review the weapon outside of specialized setups, which is where this hammer isn’t great.
Then there’s the other side where if you like the vibe of a weapon, we have the tools available to make any weapon viable.
If you cover this weapon in encyclopedia style, I’d expect a more middling review.

Why os everyone showing those stupid red crits, I tested pure ceit builds and its juat worthless without status effects and dmg biffs and heres just a Inaros making 300 000 worth of red crit when im hitting for like 300
