I’ve got a large shallow pond which is now heavily planted but does have a pump/filter at one end, is this preferable for frogs?

@knottyinks1 pumps are not recommended for wildlife ponds as they suck in the wildlife.

I haven’t cut my grass since spring as I had a record number of froglets in the wild-pond this year, so when do they go into hibernation, as I don’t want to accidentally kill any?

Are you able to keep a singular baby by itself, inside? My cats brought in one of these guys, a tiny baby. We have no where nearby to release him and are trying to find out if we can keep him, inside, alone

@@Codys-girl I did the same kind of setup and he is thriving! Eating worms mostly but hunting the isopods and small dubia roaches now and again. I used a medium storage tub, with drill holes, dirt, moss, a small water container, leaves, a few rocks, springtails, woodlice and baby dubia roaches as I have a ton due to having tarantulas and a Scorpion haha. The frog is doing well though, he eats a ton!

My frogs only hatched less than 6 weeks ago and I would struggle to even call them baby frogs already. Growing so fast I think by winter they will be the size of adults lol

I don’t know how you manage to find so many earthworms for all your livestock,we have a large vegetable garden yet it’s a job to find enough earthworms for my young emys obicularis

This certainly will happen occasionally in nature, and appears to cause no issues. In captivity we should certainly avoid repeated full siblings pairings wherever possible though, as inbreeding depression may creep in sooner or later.
