But I have some questions, is the temperature the same as the recipe or different because I'm using a mini loaf tin(152mm x 75mm) and how well should I mix the dry ingredients to the wet? I ruined my cookies the last time because I overmix it and now I have a phobia of mixing stuff haha I'm new to baking. sorry if the questions are lame. thanks :)
With the cake make sure to gently fold through the dry ingredients until they are just incorporated- the temperature should stay the same but it might not need as long...

corn syrup is a good substitute.
they dont sell syrups in general in argentina and if they do they are SOOOO expensive...
