Fire Dragon K the outfit in general didn't translate well. Technically it's only been a few years I think? So the most Karin would have done was gain more muscle ( and she totally did 😍 ), but that could definitely mess with how it looks on her now.

SF3 takes place in the 199X as shown in Akuma's ending for 2nd Impact. Ibuki is a 3rd year student in SF3 making her 18 years old. born in 1980 making SF3 taking place in 1998.
It's part of the art style. Supposedly it makes it easier to identify attacks but I personally don't see the need for it. Characters in KOF and Mortal Kombat have normal hand/feet proportions and I don't have any issues identifying attacks in those games. Also, the way it's done in street fighter is needlessly over the top to the point that it just looks ridiculous.

WutTheDeuce her story mode costume gives her normal clothes...kind of, if you're a person that care about a characters proper bust size, then I suggest using that one

The Christmas ones, the Halloween ones, CPT Ken and Cammy (tuxedo Ken which he just asked for), Arthur Ryu, Astroth Bison, all of the extra battle costumes. But I digress, it's not his fault. Capcom should make a costume museum collection for all the costumes even the limited edition ones for players to googly eye at.

Nostalgia blanka is an A for me because he looks straight out of sf2. He isn’t over the top with a joke costume. He looks simple and menacing, and the original colors are freakin dope
I think I liked the Dante Ken costume a bit more than you lol When I put it on and did an Arcade Mode run I had so much fun. The fact that the characters share similar mannerisms, personality and even voice elevates the costume imo
I love that they gave Ken Dante’s DMC4 outfit! On top of that Reuben Langdon has been voicing both Dante and Ken since Devil May Cry 3 and Street Fighter IV respectively so I think it’s quite fitting!
I love Menat's mummy costume. I honestly prefer it over her default outfit. Honestly, most of the alternate designs are more pleasing than their primary looks.
Looking back on this, Dan has been in SFV the whole time, all the costume summaries is Dan talking about them, and i feel like the summaries adds a good amount to all these costumes, just a little, more character i guess, at least to me, and i wondered if he read them, he might get a little more context on what each costume is. Though I do agree with having clothes have more detail in there with like wrinkles and the such does look better, wish all had that style than what SFV style is now There are so many Chun-Li costumes by Akiman too And for some reason out of all these characters, F.A.N.G. is the design i like the least, i think its just the shape of the head, without a hat... idk just, something always weird to me
Carl Bloke Honestly I actually didn't realize that was Ken when I first saw that outfit. Seriously so many characters actually look good in this game and then there's Ken who looks like he got hit by the ugly stick.
StaticShock42 yeah. A shame since much like Max, Ken is one of my favorite characters(along with Ryu, Cody, and Sakura) so it definitely sucks that Ken got the raw deal here. Pony Tail Ken was always the best Ken but now he looks like if one of the designers was a 5 year old using a mash of Play-Doh as a base model
I love Laura's Battle Outfit 1. She gets quite a unique hairstyle, and the jacket/swimsuit combo makes me think of an SF3 costume. I like pretty much all of Cammy's outfits in this game too.

About Max's idea for Bearded Ryu being his default: SFV canonically takes place before SFIII in the timeline, meaning that even if Bearded Ryu was his default, SFIII would confirm that he shaved and got a new gi (probably all bankrolled by Ken).

Do NOT buy anything less then arcade edition. The ps4 hits $20 version is missing will leave you locked out of more characters then characters you have acess to. Wait and buy either arcade edition deluxe or regular arcade edition. Ps4 plus sales arcade edition will run you $22 while deluxe will run $45-50
Just get arcade edition for $40. The $20 version doesn’t give you anything but the base game. If that’s all you care about, go ahead, it is definitely how much the base game is worth, but I would recommend just getting arcade edition. Street fighter V goes on sale often anyways, it was just around $25 if you had ps plus yesterday. Give it a couple weeks you might be able to get the game for cheaper.

Why do all of theses characters have normal sized feet whilst wearing shoes, but as soon as they take the shoes off, their feet just double in size.
I think it’s part of the cartoony style, everyone’s hands are way to big as well.

The hands help visually for gameplay. Its makes it easier to see what moves characters are doing like grabs for example
The shoes are no longer containing the sasquatch gene. So, obviously when you remove the deterrent, the foot is going to show it's TRUE nature.
It's part of the art style. Supposedly it makes it easier to identify attacks but I personally don't see the need for it. Characters in KOF and Mortal Kombat have normal hand/feet proportions and I don't have any issues identifying attacks in those games. Also, the way it's done in street fighter is needlessly over the top to the point that it just looks ridiculous.

This dude is missing like a whole lot more costumes. The Christmas ones, the Halloween ones, CPT Ken and Cammy (tuxedo Ken which he just asked for), Arthur Ryu, Astroth Bison, all of the extra battle costumes. But I digress, it's not his fault. Capcom should make a costume museum collection for all the costumes even the limited edition ones for players to googly eye at.

I think I liked the Dante Ken costume a bit more than you lol When I put it on and did an Arcade Mode run I had so much fun. The fact that the characters share similar mannerisms, personality and even voice elevates the costume imo

I love that they gave Ken Dante’s DMC4 outfit! On top of that Reuben Langdon has been voicing both Dante and Ken since Devil May Cry 3 and Street Fighter IV respectively so I think it’s quite fitting!

Looking back on this, Dan has been in SFV the whole time, all the costume summaries is Dan talking about them, and i feel like the summaries adds a good amount to all these costumes, just a little, more character i guess, at least to me, and i wondered if he read them, he might get a little more context on what each costume is. Though I do agree with having clothes have more detail in there with like wrinkles and the such does look better, wish all had that style than what SFV style is now

Do NOT buy anything less then arcade edition. The ps4 hits $20 version is missing will leave you locked out of more characters then characters you have acess to. Wait and buy either arcade edition deluxe or regular arcade edition. Ps4 plus sales arcade edition will run you $22 while deluxe will run $45-50
Just get arcade edition for $40. The $20 version doesn’t give you anything but the base game. If that’s all you care about, go ahead, it is definitely how much the base game is worth, but I would recommend just getting arcade edition. Street fighter V goes on sale often anyways, it was just around $25 if you had ps plus yesterday. Give it a couple weeks you might be able to get the game for cheaper.
The arcade edition is 19.99 new at GameStop go ahead and get it also Dragonball fighterZ is also 39.99 now as well I don't know for how long but they are cheaper now. At gamestop
