You don't understand. Lucas' recovery is absolute. He WILL return to stage. It doesn't matter how far away he is or how many times he gets hit, he's making it back.

Smash isn’t very balanced but the absolute bottom/top might be a little more difficult to decide
@@A_cracker14 any character can win in ultimate and you see upsets with lower tiers all the time. When was the last time you saw a low tier in melee or 4 actually be able to produce HIGH results? Almost never 💀
@@eyekahnzuya facts, ultimate is by far the most balanced, which is super impressive considering that it also has by far the biggest roster. Truly the ultimate smash game. I’m a boomer who started with 64 and played melee for a decade, but at this point I only wanna play ultimate. It feels so good to be able to pick any character in casuals and know I can do something interesting with them no matter how low tier they are.

Ridley isn't great but has just enough to avoid bottom tier. Basically he has better recovery than Ganondorf or Incineroar or DK and faster attacks than Dedede.

Ice Climbers are probably the most underrated character in the game.
I don't think people under rate how good they CAN be, the thing is that they are so hard to use to the point where I doubt anyone could consistently utilize their broken tools in a tournament setting multiple games in a row.

@@drakejoshofficialyoutubech5569 as a practiced ice climber main, the technically of the desyncs isn't the inputs or timings, with practice, its conditioning your opponent to fall for them multiple times in a row and having enough mixups to keep them guessing, there are 4 spots on a stage the size of FD where you never want to stand vs icies, they're hoping hoping don't learn that over the course of a bo3 or Bo5, bracket reset is a nightmare for icies

I play mostly low/bottom tiers lol. Lucas, Byleth, and Bowser are probably the only ones safe out of low tier that I play
What makes Ganon so bad is that Captain Falcons moveset is dependent on his speed to really function. So wtf happens when you take that speed away?

I think dr.mario is actually good if you know how to recover with him. His frame data is some of the best overall. Killthrow. High damage. A lot of kill options. And I see a decent amount of ppl struggle with his projectile. I think he's more mid tier.
People underestimate Lucus way too much, this character can just end you easy. Also Lucus PK Thunder is way better than Ness's.

Belmonts in advantage and neutral are pretty powerful because of their zoning.

"Incineroar is just a little bit scarier...", I really think any of the other 3 should've been placed on the bottom 10 instead. Aside from mobility, his recovery isn't as bad vertically since they patched it to go up further, the issue is when he's at super high percentages when he'll get thrown closer to the edges. It's also a lot scarier to get up close to an Incineroar if need be than the other 3, especially with revenge online.

They listed one thing Piranha Plant is weak at and then just went "he sucks" like what gives? Ledgetrapping isn't the _only_ thing it does, it zones decently too. It has the best anti-air in the game, and I don't even think the recovery is that bad because you'd be surprised how evasive you can be with it. I've never understood why Plant is always listed as low-bottom tier and I never will.

デデデ is pronounced (day day day). デ is de, and pronounced sorta similarly to “eh” with a “d” in front. Dedede is pronounced (dee dee dee). It’s like the double “e” in English which is often pronounced like the “ee” in “green”. It’s similar to the “de” in “decompress” or “defense”. There’s probably a deeper linguistic rule or origin for these things which probably isn’t suited for this type of medium.
So they’re both kinda right. Depends on if you’re referencing the Japanese or English pronunciation.

8:36 I hate to be that person but technically if we’re working with Japanese language rules (since Kirby is originally from Japan) king dedede would have to be spelt as “dididi” for it to be pronounced as “deedeedee”, however “dedede” would be pronounced “dehdehdeh” so technically esam is right, but let’s be honest, a very small percentage of people who play smash actually care about japan’s language rules (or Japan in general) so while esam IS right, no one in the west cares, it’s “deedeedee” sorry esam ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
