Highkey Riddles Kazuya is the embodiment of Lima tweeting that everyone sucks at this game. Riddles plays a two player game, except he is playing a Dark Souls boss against people who have never picked up a Soulsborne game.
He made the tier list awhile ago, I’m pretty sure he thinks kaz is top 10

For anyone wondering, the riddles tierlist was made a year ago when it was a channel meme for him to not hit top 9 in any major.

I think Light and Hbox's tier lists were done a while ago (they might be a year old?) but I'm not sure, hence why they didn't see Steve or Kazuya as highly as they are considered now.
Hbox one is more than a year old after last patch. Riddles and acola werent that strong at that time
Everyone putting Fox in top tier:

The "official" tier list has everyone in the "right zipcode" (as Marss put it earlier in the video), but i think most people disagree with who gets placed next to who (whom? idk)

I think the issue with people making smash tier lists is that people will list them in their head in different ways, like mu’s, results, how easy, etc. si that makes each persons tier list different

Roy is far and away the easiest character to play and get results with. His ceiling is super low though. and like you said, he gets gimped hard. I'd also say his "losing" match ups are significantly worse than similarly tiered characters.
