    Great clip, thank you. When I push hard I hit some low lows the 2nd day after. Will implement some of these ideas.

    Great video. Under recovery was my biggest issue when I was pursuing MMA/Muay Thai from 19-21 years old. The hard training was the easy part, but I was unable to balance recovery with a post-secondary education and ended up developing an autoimmune disease in the process. Years later and I'm stronger and generally train easier... Well how about that.

    The “Nuun” salt tablets are pretty good. Only 1g of added sugar per tab.

    I couldn't understand the reason of less sleep and less food as part of firefighter training. How does it apply in real scenarios?

      It's all about the money. Time spent at an academy isn't productive in the big picture sense, these firefighters were purchased to fill positions running calls. They fit a lot of certifications in a short period of time to get them out on the streets.
