I'm so glad you made this video. I saw the mobility workout on the DJU website but had no idea what some of the stretches looked like. Oddly enough some I've seen before, but they were called something different when an old gym teacher taught them. My dog thanks you for adding the pet the dog stretch 😂
@@DanJohnStrengthCoach I have started reading the book "Why We Sleep" after watching the full 2 hour Joe Rogan interview with the author. He discusses performance and how sleep affects it amoung other topics. Written by Matthew Walker. Extremely interesting and enlightening.
@@DanJohnStrengthCoach update: usually I can’t touch my toes straight out of bed and have to stretch a few times to get there. (I blame too many miles with a military rucksack) Week after doing this I noticed I was touching my toes first time. I’ll be doing this every week. Thank you sir.
Thank you for showing us a more comprehensive look at your Tonic Thursdays. I enjoyed the previous 'introduction' and this is another great resource. Much appreciated :)
I am sitting here on a Thursday, which is an off day in the middle of my Easy Strength workouts. How fortuitous that this workout popped up as recommended!
I did not understand the value of the “Find Your Shoes” move until I started training Suitcase Carries seriously. Real choice, Dan, thank you.
It's an important one.
Very nice soothing music Dan!!!
This is such a thorough tonic for the hips and lower back. Areas most people probably need more relief for. Also the little kid rolls genius!
The tonic workouts are honestly a treat to do
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
This was exactly what my body wanted this morning! Thanks so much for your work, Dan 🙏
You're so welcome!

You bet...and Rest in Peace, Sirius Black. I sure miss him.
Fantastic
Let's boost the algorithm... planning to do this today...have done many times...it truly works as recovery.
This is just awesome!!! We need more of those!
We'll keep them coming.
Master.
Brilliant. Love these. Thanks Dan
Glad you like them!
I like it. I tried to watch it, but fell asleep. It is relaxing. Gonna have to actually follow along tomorrow.
Naps are good for recovery as well.
