This has aged very well over the year. Respect the process, and the results will come... what a healthy, calm way to improve every part of life. Thank you!
The idea of integrity is beautiful. You make it shine with your anecdote (grieving brother one week, joyous father the next). Sorry for your loss and wish you and the family the best.
Thank you for this excellent talk! You do such a great job of giving mental frameworks and tricks for turning things into habits that sometimes get missed. I also appreciate that you've taken time to talk about rehabilitation, which is critical for so many people. Thank you for sharing this.
Dan John - ahead of the curve - once again!! Your podcast in November on Tiny Habits is another example of how valuable your insights are RIGHT NOW. You are a true Leader.
Thank you so much for this talk, for this month china have been ended the state-wise 0 covid policy and we have seen a huge spike of covid cases in the city, this talk offers great insight into how to keep sanity during the pandemic.
That "earth, sky, human" stuff was really great. For me that's a completely new way to structure a workout. Also liked your ideas about asymmetrical risk. Thanks for sharing this. Hope you're well :)
Great as always. You made the comment that your family has propensity to shorter life spans. Jack Lalanne lived to his mid 90s while his father passed in his mid 40s. Perhaps your habits will lead you to the same outcome as Jack.
