This has aged very well over the year. Respect the process, and the results will come... what a healthy, calm way to improve every part of life. Thank you!

It's just glorious that you'd freely share such great content with lowly isolatees such as myself.

The idea of integrity is beautiful. You make it shine with your anecdote (grieving brother one week, joyous father the next). Sorry for your loss and wish you and the family the best.

“Shark habits”, great tip! My old counselor referred to this as the OHIO principal, “Only Handle It Once.”

Thank you for this excellent talk! You do such a great job of giving mental frameworks and tricks for turning things into habits that sometimes get missed. I also appreciate that you've taken time to talk about rehabilitation, which is critical for so many people. Thank you for sharing this.

That "earth, sky, human" stuff was really great. For me that's a completely new way to structure a workout. Also liked your ideas about asymmetrical risk. Thanks for sharing this. Hope you're well :)

Great as always. You made the comment that your family has propensity to shorter life spans. Jack Lalanne lived to his mid 90s while his father passed in his mid 40s. Perhaps your habits will lead you to the same outcome as Jack.
