I’ve watched a lot of videos on TH-cam of the Heart but this is one of the best ones to watch . It’s almost as if it’s a real heart in action .

Very nice animation but with an significant error as it seems.. The pulmonary and aortic valve do open into the vessels with the pressure and not against the flow of blood..

it's frustrating how many of these videos get this basic thing wrong! makes it a lot harder to visualize this stuff when the fundamentals are off.

The aortic and pulmonic valves are both backwards. They do not open into the ventricles to "suck in" the blood. They open into the pulmonary trunk and aorta
Nice animation (apart from the upside-down semilunar valves as has been pointed out). Another major error is that the chordae tendineae do NOT open and close the AV valves! They provide support to prevent the valves being pushed back up into the atria by the high ventricular pressure.
I was just going to comment on the same thing. They just prevent prolapse.

Heart valves are not operated by any muscle or structure. They're built in a way that they allow fluid flow in one direction and prevent it in the opposite direction. this is a mechanical concept, not a biological concept per se.
They operate on the direction of fluid flow. So they will not resist fluid flow in one direction and the cusps will move under pressure to allow fluid passage, but with the flow of fluid in opposite direction the cusps will close in and form a complete blockage.
Defects in valves will cause regurgitation i.e. flow of fluid (blood) in non-physiological direction. Reducing the effectiveness of the heart.
Just basic mechanical concepts.

Wonderfull God creation
The animation is really beautiful. However, it is not accurate with the reality. The aortic and pulmonary valves open to the opposite side than what is shown here. It is also not shown here the isometric contractions, which are the sole causes of the first beat sound. Maybe I'm just being too critical, but if this animation had this issues fixed, it would definitely be the best one ever.
Oh yeah, and I forgot about a third error: the chordae tendinae do not open the atrioventricular valves, but they prevent them from going inwards too much during the ventricular contraction. Well... :(
