Thank you for the video. In my opinion the concept of gas exchange based on pressure differences also having O2 and CO2 in the blood as gases which form bubbles are invalid and false, are there any other hypotheses out there? Atmospheric pressure continually changes based on wind, temperature and the elevation of the ground, it is almost impossible that O2 and CO2 as gases pass by each other in and out blood inside the Alveolus. Another problem is that the same pressure pushes O2 into blood and pulls the CO2 out, it doesn't make sense. Also we can not measure the CO2 or O2 gas volumes in the blood, the only gas forming in the blood after compressing and decompressing it is Nitrogen bubbles after a deep dive and rapid ascending in the water.
This guy is a natural teacher, informative, nicely paced, good reinforcement (with analogies or aide memoire suggestions) and all without becoming an ego trip. I hope he benefits from his generous use of time and knowledge. I am grateful and impressed. Guy Mortensen
You know why I immediately subscribed to this channel? Because after decades as a cardiac patient trying (and usually failing) to grasp how the blood flows to and from the heart, this guy just gave me a simple tutorial in ten minutes that makes everything crystal clear. If his other videos are half as good as this one, I’ve got a lot of watching ahead of me! Thank you!
I just came across it today so I too loved his teachings & quickly subscribed. If only I had had that same teacher growing up in my times. Next month I turn 70. This young teacher looks just like my son . Teach, you outshine all other teachers. GOD bless you young man!!’
Clear, concise, and understandable WITH an uncomplicated diagram which he labels AS HE GOES, eliminating confusion and ensuring that the viewer does not feel overwhelmed.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VIDEO!!! Thank you so much for making this video!!! It strips away all the unnecessary information AND includes the important details- like what the coronary arteries do, what is/causes a heart attack, the flow of blood through the heart AND BODY WITH o2 and co2, the major vessels attached to the heart and their functions, and what makes the “lub” and “dub” sounds that we hear! I also really appreciate that you gave the opportunity to go through it on our own with *AND WITHOUT* the labels! That was extremely helpful and gave me a ton more confidence that I understood and could accurately explain the material! I honestly can’t recommend this video highly enough for people struggling to understand the path of blood and oxygen through the heart, lungs, and body!
Honestly, I have to say that I am tremendously grateful & appreciative for this informative explanation of the heart... within 30 minutes I've already mastered the understanding and labeling of the heart. thank u Sir.
I dont know how much should i thank to you for this video. The best explanation i have seen in my entire life. Example: Arteries means away - dang, no need further explanation.
There's no way after listening to his teachings you will not understand , because he speaks very clearly , not so fast and he keep repeating the topic over and over again for poor brain like me who can't grab easily. So very happy i found you. and i must subcribe right away. Thanks for having peoples interest at heart.
I could never wrap my head around how the heart works after reading so many texts and watching so many videos.... I needed this. You go into detail with every aspect of the heart and how they all function and function together. I will definitely be rewatching this because the heart is just something that I have a terrible time understanding.
Thank you so much! I've been studying for my A&P test for weeks and it wasn't clicking until I watched this video. The drawing and labeling are EXCELLENT!
Thank you very much!! Just watching the video for the 11 minutes really helped me understand more clearly Definitely will use this to study. Thank you for your time and videos.
Thank you for this! I'm learning to be a vet assistant and understanding about this system of the body seemed unattainable! Now it makes a lot more sense!
I have my exams in a few days I just couldn't understand this topic I have been searching the internet for very long time and found your video. Thanks dude I am literally crying. Thank you sooooooo much. You just gained a new subscriber 💖
Ty. Sir, I am an Accountant about to retire. Learning this for personal knowledge. And I must say you are a Natural. I finally comprehend the cardio respiratory system Cheers from Montreal
Can I just say as someone who completely had the most difficult time getting the anatomy of the heart.... this video clicked after seeing it one time. Ofcourse I would need to practice and practice so it can really stick ti my brain. But I surprised on how it was broken down. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I appreciate this video and definitely going to look at your other videos.
I'm doing physiotherapy in Germany and that's why i need to learn everything in German. But your video made things way clearer and easier to understand what i was learning.
Wow this is one of the best videos I have seen that explains the true function of the heart you explain that much better than both my cardiologists and my primary care physician thank you so much
This helped so much!! I am currently taking a critical thinking in nursing class and I felt hopeless about studying for my next test and now i feel confident about the heart.
Thank you for explaining this slowly like I'm 5 years old. I needed that! I've been watching a number of videos on the heart due to phlebotomy school and my desire to become a EKG technician later. Yours is the only one that's clicked so far.
Thank you so much for this! Like another commenter, I am suffering through an accelerated summer anatomy course with about half a day dedicated to learning everything about each topic, and this is the first resource I’ve found that has made me finally grasp the blood flow through the heart!
This took me forever to figure out. I slid by on physiology exams but once I started nursing school I absolutely had to understand it as well as all of the medications and their mechanism of action on the heart. Anyways I graduate in 2 weeks with my BSN and just landed a job on a cardiac unit. ❤❤❤
Nursing Faculty here. I commented on your kidney vid a while ago. I adore your work on this one too. I've shared w colleagues, it's essential our RN students understand this topic, as it influences chf, mi, and valvular disease. Students give great feedback as well. I have them study this video in preparation for a quiz their first day back from midterm break (yeah, I'm mean lol) and they do so well after watching your videos. Wish I had your vids 20 years ago when I got my degree in biology... Those chemistries nearly killed me! 😂 Best wishes and thank you again.
Thankyou very much for this concise explanations most teaching videos about this heart is very vague but you were able to make it easy to understand and now I really get how it goes so thankyou!!😊
