Hi guys! Thanks for this awesome video about copy editing! But I'm curious about one thing... Does the last part or how you call it in the video "Value Editing Tip No.3" is the term known as "dimensionalization"? Becasue how Alex describes it, it really does sound like dimensionalization. Especially when I go back and read through the notes I took... Again, thanks for this video, you're all just FANTASTIC! 😃
Hey Alex, Lindsey, Rod and Sean. I wanted to ask if providing email copywriting services and social media posts in my niche (Saas) as something to start off of and gain experience in (a.k.a specialize in) as a beginner who wanna make an extra 50 $ to 100$ per month then starting to learn about writing ads, webpages and content writing, etc after I provide my email copywriting services for a period of time (in the beginning) is a good idea or just start to learn all of the aspects of copywriting (consider I have a limited deadline (4 months) to gain experience in copywriting and I already practise email copywriting 15+ hours a day) or that is a bad idea and no Saas business is interested and the focus is on webpages? I love you Alex, Rod, Sean and Lindsey. You always make me laugh in this wild journey. Thanks for your awesomeness.
What you're describing is more than reasonable, but I don't understand the 4 month deadline. If you can't keep working on this, it's going to put a lot of pressure on you, which inhibits a person's ability to learn.
We don't make promises based on an infinite number of variables we can't assess or control. So the answer is: sometime between 1 day and 6 trillion days. Buy our stuff if you want to learn and grow. Don't buy our stuff with the false presumption that a course will guarantee you clients, because none can.
The editor deserves a raise

It is not! Dimensionalization is when you reframe a claim or fact. Systematization or repackaging is really about giving something a new name.
@@CopyThat Okay, thanks so much! I'll go and rewrite my notes for the future edits I'll have.
Once again, thanks, and sorry for bothering you!

"A polished turd is still a turd." 😂
Hey CopyThat. I find it more difficult to learn from these fast-paced type videos. Can you make it a little easier to follow please?
Just click the ‘settings gear’ icon and slow the video playback speed down.
