    The second time I practiced this, I really began to feel myself relax. I would love to see more of this slower paced style as part of your beautiful library of classes. As always, thanks so much.

    Those are some the best classes I 've seen. She is unspectacular teacher. Those are creative and intuitive practices. I could not be more grateful. X

      Dear Maria, Thank you for voicing how you feel about these sequences. it means so much to us. You actually gave the best explanation ever - these are intuitive and organic practices indeed and to notice that you have to be an intuitive and sensitive person your self. I am humbled to connect to beings of your frequency through the channel. Love and light and Namaste!

    This looks like an awesome practice in theory, however I found it so hard to relax doing this, because I spent the whole time trying to work out what on earth I was supposed to be doing! I think the postures and instructions were a little to fast and a bit vague. I looked up several times having followed the directions to find that the pose looked completely different to the one described! I'm also not sure that a lot of people would be able to do some of these poses without experiencing pain - especially since no variations or modifications were offered. Your eloquence and description, however, is absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed that element a lot!

      Dear Chloe, Thank you so much for this elaborate and so honest feedback that is more precious to me than any word of encouragement. I will revisit the whole sequence once again paying attention to the instructions and deliberating every transition. I will also rethink some of the poses in terms of accessibility and try to provide the modification and variations that you suggested. You have no idea how helpful your comment is in order to improve the instructional quality of the sequences. Thank you a thousand, a million a billion fold. If you are looking for a more replenishing routine, try our most recent routine. I believe it is better instructed and more doable. Thank you again, your comments are much appreciated!

    This Yogea routine flows slowly and sooths the nervous system, while boosting glandular secretion and re-igniting the body’s ability to heal itself.

      Marina Grubic I know, this is ideal for battling jet lag, but also for restoring the whole body and eliciting the parasympathetic nervous system response. Happy practice, dear bumble!

      ***** You added what I felt like I should add after I left that comment. It happened I did this routine after a long flight and it helped me a lot, but it is not limitted to that situation. Thank you dear!

    Just what i needed, thank you so much! After 10 years, I'm still struggling with forward bends, i'd love to full achieve the variation you present here in the routine, doing my best!
    Peace of I

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Siret Torres Dear Siret, Forward bends are tricky because they do not only require supple hamstrings, but also looser hips because the forward fold comes from the creasing of the hips, and not only from the hamstrings and calves. Sometimes you need a more rigorous practice to warm up and loosen up the hamstrings and then at the end you can do some restorative poses. I have discovered from my personal experience ( I was stiff as a board when I started) that I need some rocking in the poses and then deeper relaxation. We actually have a routine called "limber base", which targets exactly the agility in the legs and then you can try the restorative routine, and really go deeper into the forward bends. Forward bends are extremely calming and cooling and perfect for a night practice. Have fun!

    you need to explain how to get into the positions better, you are not very detailed and i have to keep stopping the video to even get into the position.

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Dear Sergey,
      Thanks for your constructive feedback. We will elaborate on the transitions into the different poses when we instruct the next sequences. But because the style is rather novel, it is worth peaking into the video, just to check in with the demonstrator, since the pace allows it. But we know what you mean and will work on refining it. Thanks again. Namaste!
