    We don’t need a GPS Navigator to map our course to achieving optimal hormonal balance. We all possess this “navigation reset” button to jumpstart our system, and it includes tending to a healthy diet, eliminating stress and worry from our everyday life, adopting a positive mind frame, communing with nature, and most importantly, creating a healthy yoga asana and meditation regimen that would keep us radiant and aligned. The reset button will switch us from “doing” to “being” mode and bring us joy and fulfillment.

    Hi Antonia, I am so glad I found your channel and this video❤ i’ve been struggling with a short luteal phase and low progesterone while ttc for over 2 years now. After a MC last year my ovulation became even later and hence shorter luteal phase and always spotting before a period hindering conception to happen… I had tried many fertility yoga and found yours to be the most suitable for my mental and physical state. What video would you recommend me doing to reset my hormonal imbalance when it comes to fertility and when to do it? Much appreciated and much love to you for creating these wonderful practices.❤❤❤

      Thank you so much for reaching out. I would definitely recommend that you go straight to the /Yogea Fertility enhancing videos; Fertility Bliss; Ova Boost; Vibrant Womb & Glow-Ying, as well as the hormonal balancing breathing "Nourish your glands". Make sure to also order the supplement Fertility Smart Conceive for Women to boost your egg quality. I am also currently developing a package of fertility practices that we will share on this channel when ready. Sending you health and glow to your reproductive system and a healthy conception soon! Namaste!

    This was beautiful but a bit challenging for me to follow. I kept looking at the video feeling lost and not sure I was doing it right. I also have a lot of joint pain and most of these poses were too difficult. Thanks anyway. I'll try again another time.

      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Theresa, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, which is so helpful so we can improve the quality of the videos. I made a note to pay special attention to the complexity of the routine and to make sure not all of it is on the knees and limbs. Otherwise the poses in this sequence are really healing and when your arthritis subsides you can try it again. We have another hormonal balance sequence "Glad glands". Perhaps you can try it now and then another one is one its way. I will let you know when it gets released. Sending all the light and blessings. Namaste!

    Thank you. I really appreciated this video, but i had a really hard time being able to relax and feel like i was getting the full benefits of this practice because i was constantly having to look at the screen to see what was happening, because the instructions were not clear enough at all to follow without visual aid. I have been practicing yoga for years, so I can imagine how daunting this would be to a complete beginner.The end meditation was lovely and I would love to see another class like this with more clear instruction on the poses.

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you so much for this elaborate feedback that is so valuable and so true. Because the style is off the mainstream it makes sense to just run the sequence once at a high speed, so you get a sense of the flow. But I completely understand the frustration you had with the instructions and will create a similar class with a better paces and clearer instructions. I will let you know when it gets posted. And it will be with live voice, so the narration wouldn't have to synch with the pre-shot movement score. That's when the synching sometimes fails. Thank you so much for taking the time to engage in a dialogue. It is so so precious! Light and Love to you!

    I really enjoy your hormone flows, thank you! Are the thyroid stimulating poses ok for someone with hyperthyroidism? Will it increase thyroid hormones?

      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Aigail, Thanks for commenting on the endocrine sequences. Theses routines actually balance the hormones, so feel free to practice them for hyperthyroidism, too. But please, look at the condition holistically and try to find out what imbalance is causing it in your body.Think about what is blocking the throat chakra and your ability to express yourself sincerely and without limitations. Sending you much love and healing!

    Hi - can this routine help with low estrogen levels? Thank you!

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, couple this practice with our other endocrine balancing routines: Glad Glands, Happy Hormones and our hormonal enhancement breathing practice Nourished Glands. If you need to regulate estrogen levels, try bio-identical estrogen cream after consulting with your reproductive endocrinologist or OBGYN. Hope you upregulate your endocrine system very soon. Namaste!

    Do you have any exercise for endometriosis?

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Nikhila, I think I replied from my personal email, but I will reiterate myself here again. In order to treat this condition you have to do a combination of endocrine balancing sequences with immunity bolstering and fertility enhancing. I suggest you alternate between this sequence "Embodied Sustenance," and then the other sequences: "Glad glands", "Vibrant womb" and "Fendable". And from a diet perspective work on enhancing your immunity by alkalizing your stomach flora with tons of probiotics, and live green foods. Stimulating the qi-flow in the navel is crucial as it will boost the self-regulatory mechanism of the body and help deal with the endometriosis. Please, feel free to reach out with any other question that you may have!
      Sending you green light for rapid healing and a total recovery. Namaste!

    Hello, I was wondering if this yoga will help me with second amenorrhea? I have it for years now and I have to take hormones replacement theraphy, but I want to function properly on my own. :)

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Banga,
      As a girl I had very frequent amenorrhea attacks and for a long time. I tried everything - hormonal replacement and acupuncture, but to no avail. When I started doing martial arts and Tai-Chi and later Yoga my body rebooted itself and I began to get regular periods. I cannot guarantee a 100% that it will resolve the problem in your case, and you first need to find out the root cause for the hormonal imbalance and then address it holistically. And the solution is always a balance between removing the root cause of the disease. What is this due to? Does this trend run in your female blood lineage, and do you need a karmic cleanse. Or is it entirely a challenge that your own body has to grapple with? Finding these answers is very crucial in choosing the right remedies to battle the condition. You can also try some home remedies like flax seeds, blue cohoch, beetroot, finer, saffron, parsley, cinnamon, lemon balm. These remedies aid the blood flow, but of course cannot resolve the problem if it is deeply rooted. As for the yoga practices. Yes, Yoga will help tremendously, but is not the only track to resolve this. You can alternate our endocrine balance sequences "Embodied Sustenance, Glad Glands, and Happy Hormones, as they all integrate poses that promote glandular secretion and stimulate the endocrine system. But first and foremost check in with the root of the problem. If you want me to do help you out, contact me directly at: Antonia.Ka@yogea.org and I will try to see why you have that and map a potential recovery program. Sending you love and hope. Never the doubt the power of the body to heal itself, you will. You just have to find YOUR way! Namaste!

    Hi, i used to follow your hormonal balance breathing nourishing glands video on daily basis, as i am having periods problem which comes 2-3 months and then skipped for 2-3 months. Well, i m 38 years old single lady. About to get married next year. I am on homepathic medication from last 5 years as i had cyst too in my ovary. Now, my doctor is saying it's seems menopause is hitting you, which is a worry for me. Please tell me the solution what to do to reverse this as I wanted my periods back. However, i have perfect weight of 56 kgs and no thyroid problem plus i have started doing surya namaskar twice daily. Please help me!!

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Deepti,
      It is great that your got rid of the cyst in the ovary. Keep on practicing the hormonal sequence, along with the other Yogea sequences "Fertility boss," "Glow-ing" & "Vibrant Womb", and the other endocrine practice "Glad glands". Surya Nmaskar is great, too. But make sure to find a good reproductive endocrinologist who can follow your cycles and advice you accordingly. Practice Yoga and take the supplements Vitex Berry, Myo-Inositol and Super Ubiquinol to improve the quality of your eggs, but do not rely only on natural remedies because they are most often not he only solution to infertility. A reproductive endocrinologist will come up with a solution that addresses your individual needs. You could be skipping periods, but still have an ovarian reserve. But you have to get checked and make a real plan how to conceive. I wish you luck and glad tidings. Om Shakti!

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Vandana,
      Yes these poses are very healing in rebalancing your hormonal levels and will contribute to the overall healing, helping your body re-ignite its self-regulartory mode. if You are prone to tumor formations, it means that you are holding things inside too long and too much and you need to focus on relinquishing control and letting go. Other than that on a physiological level, keep your PH levels healthy and happy by alkalizing your stomach flora and curbing the sugar and white flour intake. Please, keep on practicing and stay positive and faithful in your full recover. The power of creative visualization is tremendous and the mind is the greets healing agent. Wishing you a full recovery very soon. Namaste!

Make sure you reconsider your nutrition and choose low glycemic foods. You also have to switch to a stress-free life and uncover the reasons that led to the abnormal pap test. • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Dear Cherry,
      This is actually great if you have Polycystic Ovary Syndrone, because it will with time shrink your rather enlarged ovaries. Yes you can do this routine and "Glad Glands" alternating them every dray, and to restore you can do our other healing routine "Embodied Sustenance". I had this symptom when I was younger and the targeted yoga practice really healed it for good. I am sure you will get the same results over time. Blessings and radiant health!

    do these poses balance hypothalamus ?

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Koppisetti Srinivas Dear Koppisetti, Thanks for asking. Yes, indeed, most of these poses stimulate our glandular navigator his royal highness "Hypo" by mainly sending signals to the pituitary and pineal glands to secrete life-inducing hormones and to nourish all organs and glands triggering the self-reglating mechanisms and helping the body to heal itself. Happy practice that pays respect to HYPO. We need to nurture him, because he is the Endocrine King! Namaste!

    I've done a few of your flows and they are lovely. But I find I simply can't follow your instruction without constantly looking at the video. It really disrupts my flow and breath. I stopped this one part way through. I'm afraid it will be my last time practicing with you.

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Alexis, I really appreciate this candid comment and I honor you decision to seek an alternate yoga channel. While I am not trying to defend myself, I must say that I always encourage students to view the Yogea sequences prior to attempting them as the style is very innovative and most of the transitions and even some of the positions are unfamiliar and new. Once you do a couple of Yogea sequences you will get into the logic of this creative flow. I take your comment to heart and will work tirelessly to improve the instructional quality and cuing of the videos in the future. I thank you once again for taking the time to write to us, and wish you great luck in fining the Yoga channel that suits you best. Keep up your great practice and Namaste!
