- Finally got around to dyno tune the k20a Type-R Civic Si hatchback! Overall such an amazing build! Car runs and sounds great! The attention to detail on this build is insane to say the least! Big thanks to Jamie Marsh tuning all our cars! Next step is to figure out what wheel setup we are keeping on the car! Hope you enjoyed the build!

That EG is so clean! I like the stock OEM look and that cat back looks super fresh! By far this is my favorite built. The 5 lug conversion. Type R wheels. So sick!!! You guys nail it !! Good job boys!!!

Gotta love them k20 type r's! I have one on my hatch with full bolt ons on e 85 and I made 235whp and man she rips and healthy and reliable which is what I was going for!
For people who love building older imports, this is a thing of beauty! The attention to detail. With every bolt and but either refinished or brand new. It’s just beautifully done inside and out! I had this exact car but my swap was so jank I ended up spending a year fixing all the problems! Lol. One thing I will say is if anyone is planning on keeping the air conditioner on your K Swap and end up with a K24 out of a TSX or any of the bigger greenhouse cars with the K series, use that compressor or one of the compressors from a TSX, CRV, Accord, and they all should have the bigger compresssor. I had the TSX compressor and the air conditioning was soooo overkill but everyone who drove it loved it since I live in a climate that’s a lot like Phoenix Arizona in summer lol.
I like the type R wheels they grew on me while watching. Type R theme all that way...

My B20B/Type-R did 190/145 all oem. Maxing the stock pump and injectors.

The airbox makes a big difference. I added a true cold air intake to my FD2 Type R and got an extra 15hp.

215 is way more than enough for what it is. Put the carbon fiber lip and wing that it’s on the nitrous hatch. Put the usdm type R wheels and have them powder coated the same white as the vehicle and keep it just as is. Nothing else.
