Now that I'm home because of covid-19 (my country shut down all schools and universities), this is just what I need to keep me motivated while doing uni stuff

Me too, I did not go to school for nearly 1 month. Every school and university in my country are closed, we just do homework online. Except for the 9th-grade students and 12th-grade students because they will go to join the most important competition. I hope everything will be fine!
In the UK our schools and universities are still open but I’m not sure for how much longer.

For your ear: I have two cartilage piercings and they ARE a nightmare to heal. To help u not sleep on it, get a travel pillow and sleep with your ear in the hole. Also continue doing the salt soaks, DO NOT use alchohol or spirits to clean it. I do 2 five minute soaks a day and this really helps. Perhaps check the type of jewellery your piercer used - if it’s anything other than implant grade titanium then it could be causing your issues and you should get it changed. Hope this helped!

When you sleep, try sleeping with a travel pillow. Put your ear through the hole thingy. I have just had my 2nd's done, and it really helped them heal x

For your piercing when you're cooking and you get some steam watery stuff on like the lid of a pot, try an collect that into a bowl and then put that around your piercing with a q tip I did it with my nose piercing and it helped it heal so hope it helps :)
You can use turmeric powder mixed in sunflower oil 🛢 ( having consistency like paste)

Advice for cartilage piercings : warm sea salt water heals quicker and make sure it gets into the hole as well so it also heals on the inside

Cartilage piercings can take a long time to heal- mine didn’t heal fully for about a year but now it’s completely fine! However, I had another cartilage piercing that never healed after like two years (I took it out then) but I think mainly because I kept touching it

Apply turmeric with mustard oil on your ear it will heel within 2-3 days
Leeds local pizza recommendations: Lievitoo Pizza is ace, really close to campus too (basically more up the hill from Tesco), they do Italian style pizza by the slice. If you ever go and they have the Pizza Della Nonna... get...
When I got my helix pierced it was also not wanting to heal at the start but all I can suggest is yeah just do what your doing already with the dipping your ear into salt water I also used a disinfecting spray (the one that is used in hospitals for disinfecting wounds etc. ) which I sprayed on the cotton swab and thoroughly cleaned around the ear and then if it gets irritated and hot sometimes when your cleaning it just put some tea tree water or salt water on a cotton pad and hold it against your ear (gently) for awhile to cool it down...and yeah you probably already know this but try to touch it as little as possible :))) Hope it gets better soon! ;)

Liquid nurofen from capsule squeezed onto piercings helps!!
Use Prontolind spray for the piercing! It really helped me (healed 7 piercings with it!)

With healing the piercing put camomile tea bags on it twice a day straight out of the cup boiled and hold it on for as long as you can.

My cartilage took about 6 months to fully heal- I was worried it was infected but it got better overnight at the 6 month mark!

Do you get breakfast lunch and dinner from university or you need to maintain the kitchen buying all the food stuff all by yourself or they provide with food in the uni cafeteria?
I know tcp is really good for healing piercings. It healed my lobe peircings in about 4 weeks i had them for about 6 months prior to using the tcp. Xx
Having already graduated uni it doesn't seem that important but, how dissimilar are your notes that you make to the actual words on the slides? I understand the process of like the repetition and re-wording to aid understanding but sometimes think it might be less tedious and time consuming to just read and annotate?

tea tree oil helped me when my nose piercing kept getting infected !! diluted of course do not put pure tea tree on it i think mine was diluted in almond oil or something like that but yea might help !!

The only way I got it to heal was antibiotics...
For your ear, maybe try changing the jewellery. I sometimes find that it helps settle the swelling etc :)I
