I've had no issues after a long test, I make a point of using it everyday. Customer service seems good as I have been in constant contact with foxtheon. As per my introduction, I did not buy the unit, nor am I paid or affiliated to this product. They asked me to make a video and review it, which I did. If you watch my other video on the Allpowers unit, you will see I did not get on with that unit.
It's good to see the inside of a power station in reviews rather than other reviewers who are just reading off a spec sheet

Yes, lithium cells. 18650's to be exact.
