Good video on the scx10 6x6. But one question. What are all the parts needed to build one besides buying 2 kits. "Chassis right down to every screw." Just don't want to buy 2 kits. Thank you. Hope I hear back.
It's probably long too late, but it seems to actually be cheaper to buy 2 kits than to buy each part down to the rediculously overpriced screw. I just went through the instruction manual and amazon and the parts came out to about 150$ more than what I paid for my Jeep kit. At least before it was discontinued.
Hey man great looking build and tons of great information. I’m wondering if you could make this truck 6 wheel steer? That’s what I’m looking to do with mine. TIA
Thanks, glad you like it. I could make it six wheel steer if I bought the additional parts to convert the rear axles to a steerable configuration. It would get a little more complicated when locating my steering servos and linkages but it could be done.
Great build man. I'm planning on doing something similar for the summer but with the Mack Dump Truck Body
Great video.been trying to figure it out for a while. May I ask why do you have to flip the rear axle upsidedown?
Because if you don't the axle will rotate in the opposite direction.

what rear did you use to make it a 6x6
its a standard scx10 rear, just flipped.
Scale 4x4 R/C like what do you mean by flipped
Timothy Krier did you do a video on how to do that
how did you flip it
Timothy Krier the left side becomes the right. Basically the axle is upside down.
Im doing this with a scx10 II... wish me luck I guess
