Fantastic! My grandparents came from Trentino and all of my friends in school when I grew up couldn’t understand why I ate all those strange foods. So glad you enjoyed our tradition mountain foods. Did you try canederli or polenta as these are really the local favorites?

Good for sure. They are mostly specialized in speck ham, some cheese and they have a lot of kinds of apples. But it's also sure that there are plenty of regions in Italy with a bigger ( and better) enogastronomic culture.
No, using an old coffee grinder does not make YOU old. It just means that your mother was smart enough to know how to keep her kid busy while in the kitchen :) That's why people save those old pieces of kitchen equipment. You're not old. :)

I see your driving in the video's do you recommend travel by car or by Train? We are planning our trip and we are getting mixed messages. What are your thoughts?
I honestly think car would be best around the area - trains are good from verona to the region. But if you want to travel around in the mountains you’ll need a car. Or mountain bike obviously :)
Would u spend a whole season being a cowgirl and milking the cows 2X a day? Could you handle the experience, & as well as adding Handel to the animals' listening repertoire? What a contrast to London and urban life it would be. City girl Sandy becomes ruralized, countrified. And u'd have lotsa space to practise outdoor gymnastics, cartwheels etc. U've passed 40K. Live show for 50K?
