I would say that by using the other senses like sense of touch, tastse,smell. For example in sense of taste if you have eat a fruit that taste like sweet and little bit crunchy it is an apple and its color is red. something like that hahaa.

yo yo Sure, you can follow what your trainer taught you. :) You're right that it might sound you're not sure when using "I think" especially when speaking with your customers/clients. In this video though, I'm freely saying "I think" because I'm generally stating my opinion. :)

Hi ms ninja i just watched all your tips and how to answer those questions and its good and concise, however when i tried to apply in a call center, they didnt ask all the questions that i reviewed and i was so sad. It is really harder than i thought and sadly i did not passed. I failed it, so to all people who wants to apply in a call center company dont lose hope and one thing is for sure you cant tell unless you are prepared. Im newbie when i applied in that company but i was so shookt when the interviwer starts to throw questions at me. Also my interviewer is really strict in terms of grammar just like what ive said you cant never be ready and you cant tell unless you prepared. Goodluck guys.
Hi Brixy! Thanks for sharing your inspiring story. I agree with you that we never really know what happens in a job interview but we can always prepare for it the best way we can. Even though the questions are completely different, I think practicing interview questions helps a lot in keeping your brain active. You did your best and continue doing your "bestest". There's always a call center that's meant for you. Keep trying! :)

aileen joy Kinao What im thinking is that the interviewer most likely wants to hear that you are confident with what you can contribute to the company instead of just you wanting to learn or develop, or grow. Companies are not necessarily training grounds. When one gets hired, one should already have the skills needed to do the job. It's not really a place where you just "want to learn" per se. :) it might be for you, but the company wants to hear what you can do for them. Hope that helps! :)

Like Im sorry if my answer may sound disrespectful but im not used to compare my self to other applicant and or what my edge are/is?. because i dont barely know them personally. But I am thinking they are better, they have skill set,more experienced. But that doesnt mean that i am putting my self down. Instead i am using them as a fuel to step up more thinking i will be better than them or i will be just like them. If there is one particular edge among them? And that is i am a very motivated person, ive been waiting for this, im hungry to learn and try something new and meet different people etc. What do you think ms. Ninja? Because i am really not used to compare myself to others honestly. I dont want to sound arrogant and or putting others down.
summer summerr You're not putting others down and bragging. You're just answering the question. In fact, ditch the first part of your answer and just start with the "I'm motivated..." add some more. Avoid saying you want to learn and try something new. Call centers want to hire people who will stay longer. If you're just trying something new, you might not be in it for the long term.

I'd usually just talk in english a lot. Like yung kahit nasa bahay lang ako, english pa rin. Monologue lang. Kausapin ko sarili ko or hanap ng kausap in english. 😂 When you do that, tell your family and friends na nagpapractice ka lang. 😊

Same questions but since you don't have work experience yet, you can use the skills or experiences you've had in school to highlight what you can do. Think of how your experiences can help you contribute to the growth of the company or how you can help each customer. 🙂

I have the answer po ate, I wan't to work in this industry because this industry where a senior high could have a chance to build career and i heard that working in a call center is not easy or dead end job but I'm disag ree with that because I've meet a lot of call center who live change for a better, but they also improved their prefessional skills and experience.
The thing that makes it difficult for me to answer some interview questions is that they might be too repetitive for the interviewer, even though some of the stuff they have heard before does apply and is true for me. I tend to think that the interviewer wants to hear something different from me so I tend to tend to stutter and freeze up thinking of another thing to say or another way to express myself 😭
I understand the feeling of needing to give your best shot. But really, no need to reinvent the wheel. Just answer what's applicable to you. After all, it's a job interview, not an interview for a reality show. Go for it. ❤

Im sorry if my answer may sound disrespectful but im not used to compare my self to other applicant and or what my edge are/is?. because i dont barely know them personally. But I am thinking they are better, they have skill set,more experienced. But that doesnt mean that i am putting my self down. Instead i am using them as a fuel to step up more thinking i will be better than them or i will be just like them. If there is one particular edge among them? And that is i am a very motivated person, ive been waiting for this, im hungry to learn and try something new and meet different people etc.

summer summerr You're not putting others down and bragging. You're just answering the question. In fact, ditch the first part of your answer and just start with the "I'm motivated..." add some more. Avoid saying you want to learn and try something new. Call centers want to hire people who will stay longer. If you're just trying something new, you might not be in it for the long term.

I'd usually just talk in english a lot. Like yung kahit nasa bahay lang ako, english pa rin. Monologue lang. Kausapin ko sarili ko or hanap ng kausap in english. 😂 When you do that, tell your family and friends na nagpapractice ka lang. 😊

Same questions but since you don't have work experience yet, you can use the skills or experiences you've had in school to highlight what you can do. Think of how your experiences can help you contribute to the growth of the company or how you can help each customer. 🙂

I have the answer po ate, I wan't to work in this industry because this industry where a senior high could have a chance to build career and i heard that working in a call center is not easy or dead end job but I'm disag ree with that because I've meet a lot of call center who live change for a better, but they also improved their prefessional skills and experience.
I have an online job interview tomorrow for a call centre but its a group interview.

The thing that makes it difficult for me to answer some interview questions is that they might be too repetitive for the interviewer, even though some of the stuff they have heard before does apply and is true for me. I tend to think that the interviewer wants to hear something different from me so I tend to tend to stutter and freeze up thinking of another thing to say or another way to express myself 😭
I understand the feeling of needing to give your best shot. But really, no need to reinvent the wheel. Just answer what's applicable to you. After all, it's a job interview, not an interview for a reality show. Go for it. ❤
