And now I have a perfect bowl of popcorn! 0 burnt or unpopped kernels, 100% perfect fluffly and crispy popcorn. Thank you so much!

I just made this step by step and my 4 year old and I just made a core memory 😊 we were shooken haha who knew this would be so fun! it was a first for both of us and we are pop corn lovers. Thank you so much for sharing loved your video and energy 🥰
Thank you so much for this method. I've made it this way many times in the past year and it keeps for ages in an airtight container. To spruce it up I sometimes melt a giant knob of butter in a fry pan with some salt, toss a few handfuls of popcorn in and mix
Every step is explained in full detail. Now I'm sure before even trying that this time it won't burn. ( My first time resulted in burnt popcorn). Thank you so much. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you 💕 I bought popcorn machine from amazon but it popped chewy popcorn. I already bought 8 lb popcorn kernels!!!!!! I watched a few videos, I like your the best. So I try, and it is the crunchiest and yummiest popcorn I ever eat in my 37 years old of life!! Seriously 💕
YAY!!! Hearing this makes me so happy (other than that popcorn machine being a bust). Thank you for sharing and I'm thrilled that you're having the best popcorn of your life!

I use a Whirley Popper and buy my popcorn kernels from Amish Country Popcorn. The red, purple, and blues are the best. I have that yellow Pyrex bowl, it was my late parent’s.
I’ve never tried a Whirley Popper! I love that you get popcorn kernels from Amish Country too. That’s so cool! Oh, that’s so nice…we’ve had a yellow bowl like that at my parents too ❤️
For the perfect buttery popcorn i like to pop in clarified butter and add some salt to the kernels before they pop, that combined with this technique is perfect
I had been following this recipe for a few years after I found it here. I hadn't made popcorn for awhile and forgot this technique and was glad I easily found it again. This always is the perfect way to make popcorn. I just made a pan of popcorn, yum!
I just made popcorn as per your recipe. UNBELIEVABLE!! The test and wait method you employ is a complete game changer! Almost all of my kernels popped, and I had very few burnt ones. A bit more practice and patience and I'll master this recipe. I'd eat anything that you'd make, because you pay attention to all of the little details. BRAVO!!

This brings me back when we used to do this for Carmel popcorn balls. Making popcorn and ice cream was so much fun as a kid in the 60s. Love your retro look.
hello from the UK, nice video, very entertaining. I'm literally eating a bowl of popcorn now! I use a similar method to you, I use ghee(clarified butter) instead of oil tho, as it gives a nice buttery taste without actually using butter. Also, if you like salty popcorn, I've learned to grind it into a powder with a pestle & mortar, more even spread, better flavour throughout.
"if you like salty popcorn, I've learned to grind it into a powder with a pestle & mortar, more even spread, better flavour" EXCELLENT idea, thank you.
