    How to reverse your age:
    1. Run a lot (be out of breath)
    2. Be hungry (fasting)

Actually, running for extended periods of time accelerates ageing. What you want to do is high intensity interval training (HIIT). So it is better to do sprinting, let say sprints for 30-40 seconds and walk for 1-2 minutes (repeat x 10), thats an example, but there are many ways to do HIIT.

But on average longer you try bigger chance you have...

Ok so one thing that gets me he says to eat less but also do HIIT workouts. Don’t you need to replenish your hydration and nutrients after a HIIT workout? Your body is working to return itself to a normal metabolic state which leads to increased hunger. But if we don’t eat or hydrate after a workout isn’t that bad?

I interviewed Alan Stein Jr who referred to this as a "performance gap". Even my most recent episode saw me talking to an Occupational therapist about preventable memory loss. The importance of diet, exercise and the digestive biome diversity were all factors discussed. People really getting educated on this stuff. Love it. 💪💪💪 Whether we can all put it into practise, that's another question. Do you practise what these guys preach?

    1) You need to eat mostly fruits, vegetables, fish and less red meat.
    2) Exercise or just take a walk or run a bit every day.

Great, informative! I would like to try however guidelines say I can't take 1 gram of metformin because I take heart medicine Amlodipine and I can't take berberine (whether or not berberine has the same effect on the AMPK pathway as metformin Idk?), but, it can't mix with my heart medicine Losartan. Does anyone know if chromium polynicotinate or something else might create the desired similar effect as metformin?

I was in a really bad place emotionally because I had the suspicion my partner was cheating but I couldn’t confirm it. I reached out to a close friend and she introduced me to Cybermicheal. He explained how he would grant me access to my partners’ phone without him being aware, of course I was skeptical at first but I had to erase the doubts so I went through with the process and he delivered giving me access to old texts and incoming texts on Whatsapp, Voice call, Facebook, Imessage he also got me into his Instagram account and deleted messages I was able to confirm my suspicion and leave that toxic relationship contact cybermicheal1995@gmail.com whatsapp +18722250930 I made the right call doing this because of the relief I felt after you may also need this service if you find yourself with an untrustworthy partners...

Everything appears to speed up in our perceptions as we get older. Aging is biological decline. Your body needs all the help it can get. I take Vitruvin's NMN supplement every morning with a protein drink and some Greek yogurt. It has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have mostly disappeared. I have lots of energy. My vision is better, aches and pain are almost gone, and my mental clarity is like pretty well. At 52, that’s not shabby.

fasting once in a while works good for our body?

  • @kubzero874
    @kubzero874 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Anything you Feed the body, it has to pruduce less of itself and Vice versa.
On the other Hand the more you Feed it the more it will "need" or rather want. But this subjective impression of the body also has "objective" value... The interpretation matters and changes the actual value.
The less you eat, the note your body needs to sustain itself... But If you never eat, you die. (Or do you?... If you never really started eating... I'm just saying...prana and such... Living on oxygen and sun and water... Dunno)
It's probably about going thru every stage of the wave/frequency... About change in a lasting manner, step by step, one bigger, the other smaller...

Propose, pose and purpose! If the life and age condition cannot serve the purpose, why would / how would life be? Aren't we but a relation with another? Or we Transformation to suit the relation (environment, epigenetic, people etc etc). Infact, who we are itself is a relation - Genetic (family + I am + others), germs, epigenetic and our Thoughts, feelings etc etc. It's all a relation only. So what purpose it serves? Imagine a Neanderthal living among us!!! Immortality is in Being the Life itself - irrespective of Death or age. And why disease is viewed that way? If happiness is part and help us, why won't sadness? Infact crying and tear seems to be the most power Detox. It's innosence builder, take one to nascent and Native!!! Addiction, even to living is unliving!!!

I havent listened to this before making my ideas known.
When you work in the nuclear industry your radiation absorption is closely monitored, yet people think nothing about being out in the open at the peak of sunlit daytime.
Being out in full sun is like being in an astronomical microwave oven.
Why do creature like tortoises have long lifespans?
Maybe its because the carapace or exoskeleton grows to the protected soft tissue.
Large parrots have long lives relative to others of their kind that dont have the protection of thick feathers and a forest canape
Crocodiles can grow as big as their environment allows them.
These are just a few of the clues as to why we decline and die.
How literal can we accept the biblical ages of pre deluvian Patriarchs.?
Why was the appearance of a rainbow after a great flood remarkable.?
Maybe it was because the planet was protected by a clouded stratosphere.
No direct sun rays, no rainbow.
Do driver's head hair grey earlier on the side nearest the window?
I don't know, but mine has.
    I

All heavy melanated folk tend to look younger in my view. Plus the brown skin and eyes and the contrast with their black hair is beautiful.
