Short summary: 1. Intermitent fasting - basically being hungry some periods of time - maybe the most important factor! 2. HIIT - high intensity interval training, shocking organism with high pulse rates 3. Low carb diet - no sugar 4. NMN - Nicotinamide mononucleotide 5. Metformin - keeping the blood sugar levels steady by controlling the insuline levels - BUT taking it only on days you are not exercising 6. Exercising - combination of weight lifting, cardio and stretching 7. Shocking body with rapid temperature change - for about an hour - sauna, steam room, hot tube, cold shower - cold exposure builds up brown fat that revs up our metabolism and helps us to stay lean 8. Metabolic winter hypothesis - in our lifestyles we are always warm, wearing jackets, we turn up the heat, we never get exposed to cold unless we don't want to - partly responsible for diabetic problems we have. If you are cold at night, you are gonna turn on your brown fat, burn a lot more energy keeping you warm, and keeping you lean. 9. NAD + booster molecule (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) - NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) , NMN 10. Resveratrol - as a supplement - 1 gram a day
So basically do the following to live YOUNG & HEALTHY. 1. Exercise (at least 1 hour per day, five days a week; weight lifting is essential) 2. Yoga (30 minutes every morning) 3. Eat clean (consume organic - very important) 4. Diet (reduce meat and increase veg) 5. Stay hungry! 6. Cut carbs to a minimum 7. No sugar at all 8. Monday & Thursday fasting (only fruits and fruit juices) 9. Drink at least 3 litres of clean water (1 litre immediately after you are awake) 10. Sleep (8 hours minimum; Recommendation - 9pm - 6am) 11. Take cold shower 12. Reduce artificial heating and expose yourself in cold weather 13. Use sauna and steam room (Listen, if you are a man, better do this only after you become the father of a child because too much exposure to sauna/steam room/Jacuzzi/hot tub reduces your sperm health) 14. Laugh as much as you can 15. Embrace nature and your true self (go for long aimless walks in the bush, beaches etc. to sense the beauty of nature and to recognise that you are a tiny part of the singularity) 16. Do not keep hatred because it will consume you. Forgive and move on. WE LIVE YOUNG; WE LIVE FREE! 💗

I've read that the best kind of physical activity is long duration-medium intensity, which your grandfather's lifestyle provides. Unfortunately, we can't really do that b/c of our careers so we exercise high intensity/ short duration.

I would much rather listen to people who know about medical science and aging skin. It is not explained on a satisfactory level weather muscle tone or skin moisture should be addressed. There is lots to learn. I do know that when I moisture more with homemade products the skin responds. According to the energy I have on any given day and as much time I have I do what I can
I have unintentionally fasted daily my whole life 18:6 as my body does not like breakfast, I eat when I am only hungry and stop when I am full, I eat healthily, I sleep in a cold bedroom, I hike mountains every day even in winter, and it makes me feel great, and I live in cold Norway. I have also lived 5 years in the tropics. My body can easily adapt to extreme cold and heat, and I am never sick. At 50 kgs, I am lean and mean. I am 40, look 30 and have a 20-year-old figure. All this new science is very interesting, but listening to your body and what instinctively makes you feel good is equally informative! I am a zoologist, we are animals, but sometimes we just think way too much ;-)
I battle with food addiction, sugar. I was raised with parents from Italy with the mindset - We Live to Eat as opposed to eating to live. Hard to get away from now that I’m close to 50. I’m trying though.
Longevity really runs in my family and we all have similar habits. Like every uncle, aunt, grandparent etc. are living 90+ years easily on both sides of my family. Everyone exercising multiple times a week. Everyone. We do not eat really any refined sugars, like zero desserts/sodas/creamers/ice cream etc. None of us are obese, obesity will kill you. All of our meals are home cooked, I actually once went an entire year without going to a restaurant once. Also, we all take care of our skin. Even the men use moisturizers and cleansers and creams etc. I think the biggest thing though is that we are all happy. We don't stress, we sleep well, we relax, we laugh, we smile.
Actually creams and moisturisers are full of extremely harmful chemicals ,as well as the junk food that many people live on. Personally I think much has also to do with our DNA. Lucky you,you have great genes from both sides of your family.❤
all else is just lied bullshit and sugar coated verbally transposed transformed bullshit they use to stand as good human beings there and in reality was just twisted bullshit
I've also heard that the more you sleep the slower you age because sleeping pauses aging or slows it down so getting more hours of sleep slows down the aging process. Getting between 9 hours and 10 hours of sleep per night would slow down your aging.
I’ve always slept a lot because of depression, had a lot of stress in my life, raised a couple kids on my own, worked all my life, mowed my own lawn and shovelled the snow, never drove a car, take good quality vitamins, don’t smoke or drink (except for the odd drink at social events) and rarely eat out, but I love my carbs, as unfortunately I bake, love pasta, cookies, potatoes, love fruit but not big on veggies, rarely eat red meat, I walk an hour a day and people used to think I was in my 50’’s when I was in my 70’s (barely any lines on my face and never wear makeup). I’m now 78 but feel like I’m in my 50’s. I think life would have been better if I had a good man in my life.
My grandpa was ridiculously active and he died without a wrinkle on his face. My momma is 63 and has zero wrinkles. She works out every day for the last 40 years and now intermittently fasts! She eats her veggies carbs and salmon!

My grandfather died at 98, i never saw him making exercise, ate avery type of food and spent most of the day resting in his business. What i can tell is that he had a very relaxed life.
genetics + lack of *permanent* stress, all other things can help but aren't essential. Some people smoke, drink a lot of alcohol, do little to no exercise and still live 90+ years in relative happiness. I mean, if that isn't genetics I don't know what is. Gene therapies are on the rise, so who knows - maybe new generation of people will live to 100+ years easily. Turtles do it, why can't humans.
I’ve recently started doing intermittent fasting 3X a week as well as cold showers in the morning. Love the feeling of empowerment and controlling my mind!
@@gavinrichmond4959 I went from never fasting to going all in! I saw a few helpful videos from @Thomas DeLauer and he recommended fasting 3-5 times a week. Not having to worry about eating or snacking opens me up to focus on the task at hand. Loving it!
Check out "the Iceman" I'm pretty sure that he coined this information and brought it to the forefront where everybody is going wild now I'm kind of trying to claim it as their own findings... ahahah! but I guess they moved before dying .. look at the inventor of jogging who died too young and he moved a lot .. I guess we shouldn^t stress too much our body, inflamation is the key .. wrong food and too much workout do create a lot of inflamation ..
Well if you’re dead it’s hard to move that’s just logic. It’s good to have some healthy activity through the day to keep your circulation up. Fresh air is also necessary to oxygenate the blood. All the people that did excessive exercise in their younger years have a plethora of problems as they get older. They have basically abused their joints and their organs. I see lot if joint problems, heart problems etc. in these people. You should never exercise in excess. I know people who ran daily in every-kind of weather and died from heart attacks before they even got to their 50. I like the idea of weight lifting much better to keep your muscle mass. I don’t like jogging I don’t see any benefit in that it’s too harsh on all your joints. Walking is great and much healthier for you.
My father lived to 92. Was healthy till the end. He ate little his whole life. Remained active. Read allot and limited the drama in his life. He was also very stubborn so I think his mind refused to die. 😆
what no one seems to know and this is a fact one on 200 have superior genes and very low genetic errors and this reason is why some can smoke drink all day and live to 105 if they took heavy nutrition they could easily reach 140
peter carrick sorry but no one could easily live to 140 ... only clams, lobsters and certain vales can do that... that is not a genetic issue, is a DNA issue that those creatures can live that long. we can live around 100 yes, that is genetic but 140 nope! and everyone knows this but it became anti-pc to talk of generics and dna as it proved the white men is both stronger and smarter than the black one... so now that is forbidden talks!
That last question revealed a true Gem! 💎 We honestly don’t have to eat, there’s people that’ve decided to fast for months & are completely healthy. We literally can survive off of water intake & vitamins. I’ll soon have my own plot of land with a greenhouse where I could grow my own healthy fruits & veggies for times when I choose to eat. ✨
I am one of the healthiest humans on this planet. These are my tips to beat ageing or at least slow it down 😂 1. Have as hot a shower as you can comfortably. Turn the tap to coldest and have a cold shower. Your body will go into shock. To calm your flight reflex bend down and touch your toes, pause and take a calm breath and come back down. Do this for as long as you feel comfortable you will be able to withstand the cold for longer as time goes on. 2. Do callisthenics and body movement exercises. Most importantly hang on a bar for 5 mins a day broken into time lots of 30 secs to 2 mins. 3. Do end range movement exercises. 4. Change the name of your shower in your mind. It is now called “the rejuvenation station”. 5. Practice intermittently fasting. Everyone is different so there is no magic formula here. I personally take a 24 hr fast once a month. Every second day I skip breakfast lunch or dinner. Listen to your body, if you don’t feel like eating -don’t. If you feel slightly hungry a few servings of fruit is great. I personally eat red meat once a day but that’s just personal but again not a huge serving. 6. Have a positive mindset. Being happy is a choice, being unhappy is also a choice. I just tell myself that I cannot afford to feel unhappy because I need to work extra hard to find extra happiness to cancel out those negative feelings. 7.Critically think.
Thanks for sharing this information. Sounds like you have some good things figured out. I was listening to a guy on the radio who did an anti aging study by looking at countries where people live the longest and it was interesting. I can't remember all the things he said, because it was years ago, but he found that countries where they consume olive oil live the longest. The theory is that the oil coats the arteries and makes them slick where cholesterol and calcium won't stick to them. He also found countries where people had a low selenium intake had shorter lifespans. I read years ago that either 80 or 90% of the health problems are due to calcium clogging up the tiny capillary vessels and cutting off blood flow. When they clog up over the years, the tiny vessels that supply blood and oxygen to the skin get clogged up, and it causes the death of cells which is what wrinkles are. I have been drinking a tablespoon of vinegar everyday and noticed the wrinkles are disappearing. The vinegar dissolves calcium. You can soak egg shells, which are calcium, in vinegar and in 3 days they will be dissolved to liquid. I'm convinced that vinegar is the key to living a long life. I'm also going to start drinking olive oil everyday.
All you stated that you do is GREAT and I will do those things too but this is only STAGE 1 which is temporary. STAGE 3 IS PERMANENT. If one doesn't get to STAGE 3 DEATH will still eventually catch up because your DNA chain is contaminated with trauma, lies and fear. ☮️ /❤️

All of these things are good and I follow his regime a little, with the NMN and Resveratrol, but I believe the most important thing is your attitude. You have to be positive, happy and grateful everyday, that's the most important thing. And keep active, never retire, or if you are forced to retire then take up a hobby that keeps you fully active, especially mentally, but also physically will help.

Incredible! One thing to take away from this interview is that fasting does wonders to your body and longevity and to my surprise this has been advocated in Indian lifestyle for 1000's of years. My mom has been doing fasting for whole day once a week for 30 years and touch wood she is doing excellent. Wow this has been I think the most useful video I have ever watched. Thanks a lot tom for airing this. God bless you.
why? you have the best person at home, your mother was able proving the fasting method and you still was not able to understand, but one jew is talking about fasting and now you understood? hey! what wrong with you? give some flowers for your mother!

Fasting is common in Hindu culture. Tuesdays one meal without salt. Some fast you eat only one or two fruits. sometimes we fast for a week only one meal a day and there are restrictions about the type of food.
"Fasting is a spiritual discipline that is taught in the Bible. Jesus expected His followers to fast, and He said that God rewards fasting. Fasting, according to the Bible, means to voluntarily reduce or eliminate your intake of food for a specific time and purpose."

My 2 cents here: Before getting to this video I was listening to an interview by London Real on Joe Dispenza. I couldn't but wonder about this: Bilyeu was born in 1976 Dispenza in 1961, that makes Dispenza to be 15 years older than Bilyeu. However Dispenza looks younger and happier. Interesting, no? They have two different approach to life: while Bilyeu is looking for the magic pill, food or the magic supplement to immortality, something to buy or DO, Dispenza is looking for well being through your mind and brain. Dispenza has thousands of testimonies of people curing themselves of cancer, paralysis, allergies, diabetes, fibromyalgia, you name it and finding wealth, mending relationships, etc, etc. The program Dispenza has is basically guided meditations where you basically work in your feelings, emotions, blocks, you learn how to feel gratitude, forgiveness, receiving and giving of love and the more you do it the better and healthier you are. My take: Don't spend your money in pills, supplements, doctors, tests, etc; instead Create or decide to spent thirty minutes a day meditating with your clear purpose of what you want to achieve and do it that is cheaper and more effective. Trust you will be happier, remember all answers all inside you not outside, your body already knows how to respond.
you are right...a lot of things, maybe everything, depends on emotions, thoughts and how we manage all these. Yesterday I learned about Access Consciousness and Access Clearing Statement. That is also a very interesting thing.
Very well said! What you said is just so perfect! I don't agree in the video taking metformin when you don't really need it unless you are diabetic. Natural process is way much better than putting something inside your body that your body doesn't really need.
The part at around 23:25 about "poisoning the mitochondria" so that you end up with more mitochondria reminds me of gardening. You can keep a flower blooming by snipping he flower before the mature fully, causing the plant to "stay young" longer and continue producing flowers. Also it's like pruning a tree to stimulate more growth so it ends up with even more branches and a fuller canopy
CORRECT and it also explains why their are synthetic drugs. It's easy for one to CREATE ANY thing as long as one uses a piece of the original organism. That Part
It's absolutely fabulous to even think we can normally live for more than 100 years. I eat breakfast and supper and skip lunch but if I'm starving between breakfast and supper I have a snack in between, it could be cheese, yogurt or a banana, then eat a normal supper but I don't eat enough for both lunch and supper...and I really lost weight. I became a thin person instead of having 'rounded edges!'
Tom's interviews have really changed my life. I started exercises, I now eat healthy and so much more. I now do things differently. From his other interviews, I tapped the knowledge of fasting. Today is my 2nd day of fasting with water only. I'm actually loving how I feel on my 2nd day. I really thank him for this, that he's impacted so many lives in a positive way. God bless 🙏
My granny is 91, she is the last of my grandparents who is alive. She is not starving or doing any exercises. She has a cardiostimulator and had not one but some surgeries to implant/change it in her life. She is old, she looks old. But she is in her mind though she can speak to herself sometimes. She can walk but prefers to rest. She says that she feels very tired and her body doesnt work ok. When i look at her and old people, for me the question is not how long. The question is how effective, healthy, strong, mindful, happy people can stay in their life when they get old.
This was amazing ! I have been researching longevity lately since my father got detected with metastatic cancer out of nowhere. I research who are we , why we are here and purpose , and when it’s about nature and body, neuroscience & longevity.
Just happened to watch this though not too late! I totally agree with the extreme temperatures and cold baths to trigger healing! I am 60 year old male and live in the tropics so no question of warm baths instead a daily cold water shower at around 6.30am ! I very rarely suffer from colds leave others …. 🤞! The most important aspect is about the mind game which is not touched here! It’s all in “the mind” for me! My 45 minute daily meditation 🧘 session heals everything and during my meditation I scan my body top to toe through my minds eye and give my inner soul or the subconscious messages and tasks to heal and rebuild and rejuvenate everything that is aged and replaced with new healthy and strong cells! Also I have turned the clock back 20 years in my subconscious 🤪…. I think this has helped me in every way for good health and success that I have achieved thus far! Of course I eat healthy and exercise and most importantly take the “ middle path” which is moderation in everything you do according to Buddhist way of life being one!
Good interview but some vital info missing like: 1. What is David's diet 2. What are the side effects of the drugs he is taking that he briefly mentioned (but Tom interrupted him before he explained). 3. What is his intake on meditation and mind attitude for health and longevity? 4. Does he get sick at all? These are all very important for the whole picture. I don't take these drugs but I also look 10 years younger and have not changed shape since my early 20's. I am vegetarian border vegan, do 20 min exercise every morning and intermittent fasting for 16 hours every day. Also, have been taking CBD oil regularly twice per day for the last 3 years and since then have not been sick for one day even with a common cold! CBD is proven to stimulate your body to heal itself, eliminates inflammation and hence, improves your immunity significantly. So it is not all about just taking the pills he is talking about. There is much cheaper solution like CBD to help your body for good health and longevity and with no side effects!
I am 46 according to the gregorian calendar. But I have often seen people who dont know me, think I am barely in my twenties. Here's my secret... it's mind over matter. I command the body to stay youthful... literally. I also use gratitude affirmations alongside such as,"thank you for giving me a youthful appearance, a sculpted face, a tight skin, lush hairline, great eye sight, excellent hearing, great bone structure, etc. etc.". I add to that staying childish. I also don't believe in the clock and calendar. I believe that I am one moment old... the now. I keep learning new skills that subconsciously tell my body to stay functional and youthful as there is a lot to be done.

Research has shown that women live longer, when not married and men live longer when married! Of course, since men usually have a build in housekeeper, the washing and cleaning and cooking etc. And on top of that often an additional wage earner! I have been married 2x, divorced both of them and have been happy living alone for 45yrs and do as I please! Women have to let go of the idea that they need a man in their life, to be happy. They have been brainwashed by society, in believing the Cinderella story!!! It is a story for brainwashing young girls in lifetime servitude! Sorry all you men!
My method of making sure that I don’t age is to , despite technically being a full grown adult, ensure that I’m acting like an 11 year old at all times. Act you’re age, or act the age you want to be, seems to b working so far

Intermittent fasting, keto or low carb. Exercise while fasted and walk 30 minutes after your main meal. 60 will be the new 40, at least it works for me.
Basically we want this guy again on this show to understand the third level of ageing . And until then , long live Intermittent fasting and occasional longer fasts to activate cellular autophagy. I still, however, don't feel comfortable with taking metformin for triggering or mimicking celluar hunger . I dont think why HIIT exercise and actual hunger shouldn't be enough . Cutting edge research. Great talk! Thanks a ton Tom!
My sentiments exactly. I'm very wary of drugs to be honest.... How often do you fast for and how often. I just did my first 24 hour water fast a few days ago.... It felt so awesome. I can't wait to do it again.
Metformin was based off a plant compound, a French Lilac if I’m correct. The compound was tweaked and we got Metformin, which in smaller doses appears to be safe. At high doses, it depletes B12 and folate and can cause side effects. You’ll have to do due diligence here. Berberine apparently has similar effects to Metformin.
Got to give credits to some ancient traditions found in Africa and Asia who early on understood the importance of fasting and using the elements found in nature to heal themselves despite living in harsh conditions and having limited resources. They have been practicing for centuries what science is explaining and backing nowadays.
Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly

Very interesting. But berberine is the natural source of metformin...rather do that, as I do. On anither subject, you should have Siim Land on your show. He wrote a great book on Autophagy. He talks about mTOR and AMPK. He practices and discusses fasting, Keto, cold exposure, talks about importance of sleep and the circadian rhythm. Has a wealth of knowledge and is only 24!
Sandra Goff thank you for mentioning this. I didn’t want to get a metformin prescription and berberine is one of the few supplements even a few doctors previously told me they take themselves
U guys should keep in mind that he doesn't use metformin for it's benefits, but as a toxin to actually do damage to the body. Kinda like resistence training does.
Powerful topic. A lot of things I can take in for sure. Ice cold showers are so beneficial, which I love the fact it's a part of this topic. Making yourself slightly hungry makes sense. Taking care of yourself is the key, mentally and physically. Meditation is such a solid key and always remember this. Age is nothing but a number, but growth and maturation are eternal. Exercise and cook your food. Let's go #Thingsofthatnature
Vera R. But sleep repairs the body. Do you sleep 3/4 hours a day? That’s not possible for too long without becoming delusional, forgetful, and temperamental.
When i see how diligent the body organs work every single hours, every day it something beyond amazing. Just how the heart pump blood, oxigening the blood, taking waste delivering it to the right organs responsible to make it clean and give back. If there is a system in nature that work in perfect synchronicity, it is the body.
I just turned 30 and feel and look younger than when I was 20. I'd say mindset plays the most important role followed by most of the things that are mentioned in the video. My job is quite stressful but I still try to make time to exercise almost every day, I eat vegan, practice some intermittent fasting and drink a lot of water, no sugary/soft drink and meditate a lot. So basically work at a supermarket. with high turn-over so you don't get your break until close to the 6th hour, then you sprint across store to help a customer avoid slipping and falling on the grapes that were spilled by pesky customers sampling grapes. Then needing to go to the freezer to retrieve some special cut of meat or some dairy that has a longer expiration date and then you are asked to do cart return in blazing hot sun coz coworker called out sick last minute and do all similar tasks for weeks on end.

@@AresCosmos What hard things in life? "hard things" are a perception and a concept, what is hard to you is not hard to someone else and visa versa, in other words its an illusion. The hardest thing to be achieved has already happened, you are here and aware! Now, the human mind or ego makes life difficult but that is another matter. When you are present and connected with life you deal with whatever comes your way and its not seen as problem, already that is advantage. Being stable or happy does not mean you are not involved with life in fact its the opposite, you are more involved with life. This is a much better place to deal with these self inflicted human problems that humanity has brought upon itself then a bias negative unstable point of view.

My Mother is 92 and is on zero medication. My Dad Died at 90 but would have lived longer if he wasn’t nagged by my Mother which stressed him out. He should have devoured at 50. I’m 69 and feel like I did in College. I workout 3x’s/wk, eat well, ski in the winter, road bike in the summer, do yard work on a 1 acre lot and play with cars and I don’t look my age.😊
My mom is 84, works full time, has naturally brown hair, lots of really young friends, stays active, and her doctor treats her as he treats a 60 year old. My dad, same age; retired at 65, he's sick and can barely walk direct correlation.
What did your dad do for a living? It’s documented that men engage in the most dangerous and unsavory jobs in every culture, this may be part of the reason.
really impressive job by the interviewer. He is a fast and creative thinker, making connections between complex information and articulating them all in his questions - and does it all super fast. Does he have any specific training in this subject? Does anyone know about it?
Tom Bilyeu is a scholar, and life hacker ....like Dave Asprey. Also an entrepreneur so critical thinking is habitual, then repetition by doing these interviews with potential and proven "geniuses" of their respective fields.
If anyone needs help with understanding DNA packaging watch Amoeba Sisters "gene expression" - we teach these topics in senior biology, this scientist and interviewer are well educated on the matter of enzymes and cellular functions. Brilliant interview!

Someone once said "figure skating is the fountain of youth" -- what this guy is saying actually explains a lot. Experiencing stress (fear or fret) that is real but not life threatening, minimal eating, exercise, exposed to a cold environment and not bundling up
No, he didn't say fear or fret as a stress. He said PHYSICAL stress, as in exercising getting out of breath. That's way different If you follow him up for more information, in other videos he actually lists mental or emotional stress as something to be avoided. Fear & fret play no part in achieving longevity. Completely wrong

Utterly mesmerising interview from start to finish. Such a fine science and ultimately the greatest challenge. Imagine a world where bright minds can continue with their research instead of the reset having to pass it on to a younger generation who may not have the same focus. Of course new ideas are always important, but nothing worse than a genius running out of time.
Perhaps one of the best videos I have seen on the tube. David and Tom both are incredible. A good Interview is also extracted when we have an intelligent person on the other side. Tom is smart and David Sinclair is mind blowing. Love the way he explains the stuff, phenomenal research and cannot imagine the impact this will have on us a few years on. Must also say that in the Asian Indian Hindu traditions for thousands of years there has been emphasis on fasting to for a healthy body and mind which would lead to a higher level being. Science here collides with a dimension that actually determines human evolution both on physical and non-physical planes. Totally agree that it's important for the body to feel cold, feel a bit of physical adversity, move away from the comfort zone. Excellent interview. Phenomenal science and wonderful tips
WOW! The amount of knowledge David has accumulated is extraordinary and we thank you for your life work and continuous contributions David! Great show Tom, one of my favs for sure.

Short summary:
1. Intermitent fasting - basically being hungry some periods of time - maybe the most important factor!
2. HIIT - high intensity interval training, shocking organism with high pulse rates
3. Low carb diet - no sugar
4. NMN - Nicotinamide mononucleotide
5. Metformin - keeping the blood sugar levels steady by controlling the insuline levels - BUT taking it only on days you are not exercising
6. Exercising - combination of weight lifting, cardio and stretching
7. Shocking body with rapid temperature change - for about an hour - sauna, steam room, hot tube, cold shower - cold exposure builds up brown fat that revs up our metabolism and helps us to stay lean
9. NAD + booster molecule (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) - NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) , NMN
10. Resveratrol - as a supplement - 1 gram a day
Darling Dandi n

So basically do the following to live YOUNG & HEALTHY.
1. Exercise (at least 1 hour per day, five days a week; weight lifting is essential)
2. Yoga (30 minutes every morning)
3. Eat clean (consume organic - very important)
4. Diet (reduce meat and increase veg)
5. Stay hungry!
6. Cut carbs to a minimum
7. No sugar at all
8. Monday & Thursday fasting (only fruits and fruit juices)
9. Drink at least 3 litres of clean water (1 litre immediately after you are awake)
10. Sleep (8 hours minimum; Recommendation - 9pm - 6am)
11. Take cold shower
12. Reduce artificial heating and expose yourself in cold weather
13. Use sauna and steam room (Listen, if you are a man, better do this only after you become the father of a child because too much exposure to sauna/steam room/Jacuzzi/hot tub reduces your sperm health)
14. Laugh as much as you can
15. Embrace nature and your true self (go for long aimless walks in the bush, beaches etc. to sense the beauty of nature and to recognise that you are a tiny part of the singularity)
16. Do not keep hatred because it will consume you. Forgive and move on.
WE LIVE YOUNG; WE LIVE FREE! 💗

I have also lived 5 years in the tropics. My body can easily adapt to extreme cold and heat, and I am never sick. At 50 kgs, I am lean and mean. I am 40, look 30 and have a 20-year-old figure. Can we see some proof?

My theory is, keep moving. One thing common to dead people is they don't move much. So, logic dictates that if you want to keep living, keep moving.
Well, you're certainly not wrong.
ahahah! but I guess they moved before dying .. look at the inventor of jogging who died too young and he moved a lot ..
I agree captain Spock

what no one seems to know and this is a fact one on 200 have superior genes and very low genetic errors and this reason is why some can smoke drink all day and live to 105 if they took heavy nutrition they could easily reach 140
peter carrick sorry but no one could easily live to 140 ... only clams, lobsters and certain vales can do that... that is not a genetic issue, is a DNA issue that those creatures can live that long. we can live around 100 yes, that is genetic but 140 nope! and everyone knows this but it became anti-pc to talk of generics and dna as it proved the white men is both stronger and smarter than the black one... so now that is forbidden talks!
That last question revealed a true Gem! 💎
We honestly don’t have to eat, there’s people that’ve decided to fast for months & are completely healthy.
We literally can survive off of water intake & vitamins. I’ll soon have my own plot of land with a greenhouse where I could grow my own healthy fruits & veggies for times when I choose to eat. ✨
I am one of the healthiest humans on this planet. These are my tips to beat ageing or at least slow it down 😂
7.Critically think.
true
fasting slows down aging process
and resets our dna like fomatting a computers hdd.

All of these things are good and I follow his regime a little, with the NMN and Resveratrol, but I believe the most important thing is your attitude. You have to be positive, happy and grateful everyday, that's the most important thing. And keep active, never retire, or if you are forced to retire then take up a hobby that keeps you fully active, especially mentally, but also physically will help.
the thing is...people don't want to live forever, they want to be young forever. Big difference!
I am 32 and they don't let me in clubs without id sometimes, I have 19yrs old girlfriend... That compared to all of my friends - bold, with fucked up skin, with yellow teeth - all of this is for a reason.

No difference actually... it's aging itself that causes death indirectly though age-related diseases.
You're touching your wood when you talk about your mother?
Nowadays western science is slowly approaching things the ancient rishis knew and outlined in Ayurved ages ago
Tom I almost never satisfied with interviewers questions but you did a phenomenal job asking intelligent questions.
1) gravity
2) hydration of the cell.
3 sulfur availability- disulfide bonds are what stabilizes the DNA molecule.
4) limiting exposure to toxins
5) limiting exposure to radiation.
6) free Carbon from cooking over fire
7) gaseous exchange- respiration health of your alveoli
8) Liver Health- might as well include the entire endocrine system
9) reduction of stress
10) proper nutrition, clean water, and mental health and exercise.
Fasting is common in Hindu culture. Tuesdays one meal without salt. Some fast you eat only one or two fruits. sometimes we fast for a week only one meal a day and there are restrictions about the type of food.
Same as in Africa, Western Science is only just arriving to this knowledge now... Gosh.
Isn't one time salt meal in ekaadashi tithi. Once in a fortnight?

Bilyeu looks like he's been drowning tears in whiskey for the past 10 years.
So much for a "biohacker"
Whatever he's doing isn't working much.
gloriaiarango maybe the best would be to do both.
Very well said! What you said is just so perfect! I don't agree in the video taking metformin when you don't really need it unless you are diabetic. Natural process is way much better than putting something inside your body that your body doesn't really need.
Yes, he left out the mind or soul as if we are equal to mice or animals. That's how we ended up with the Holocaust!
Good point about the flower's..

Almost like we have answers around us. Great observation!
Wow! Keep it up! America is fixated on EATING!
God bless 🙏
2 days is too much, he was talking about half day
In my opinion, it depends if someone was, for example, overweight
My granny is 91, she is the last of my grandparents who is alive. She is not starving or doing any exercises. She has a cardiostimulator and had not one but some surgeries to implant/change it in her life. She is old, she looks old. But she is in her mind though she can speak to herself sometimes. She can walk but prefers to rest. She says that she feels very tired and her body doesnt work ok.
When i look at her and old people, for me the question is not how long. The question is how effective, healthy, strong, mindful, happy people can stay in their life when they get old.
Give Grannie a kiss for me..

Shower early morning around 5 am will do the trick😂
OMG Tom! You've got all the guests that I've been following. I've been an ardent fan of Dr Sinclair's work for years!
Great show buddy!!!
He listed what he was on watch it again towards the end
Thank you this is soo true. I pill can’t do everything
Resveratrol, which he takes and mentions in this video, does not have any side effects as well. It is a natural antioxidant found in grape skins.

Don't get married...that's the secret!
Marriage is stress and stress leads to aging!
No need for kids, I’ll have a pet fish thank you!!

Intermittent fasting, keto or low carb. Exercise while fasted and walk 30 minutes after your main meal.

@@FreeAgent99 have you tried the supplement protocol along side what you have mentioned above?
Metformin was based off a plant compound, a French Lilac if I’m correct. The compound was tweaked and we got Metformin, which in smaller doses appears to be safe. At high doses, it depletes B12 and folate and can cause side effects. You’ll have to do due diligence here.
Berberine apparently has similar effects to Metformin.

Hilarious! No, they both look 50.
He is 50!? Paying more attention to video now !
Looks 40+
Ken Powers I don’t age❤️
He looks 40. With a healthy lifestyle, most people look 10 years younger. Nothing extraordinary here.
My great grand mother is 109 and still counting ...

WOW! The amount of knowledge David has accumulated is extraordinary and we thank you for your life work and continuous contributions David! Great show Tom, one of my favs for sure.
I have bought the book of his “ Why we age and why we don’t have to” can’t wait to read!
The experiments with the eye regeneration is extremely exiting and can't wait for the future of medicine. Hopefully, these discoveries are made available for all and not just for a select few.
Is the eye regeneration therapy available or are we talking future interventions?
Medicine/Science are ALWAYS going to be runner up because their cures are ONLY for the rich.
True success ONLY comes when one tells the truth to everyone and allows the poor to benefit but this Government is ONLY concerned with population conTROL via keeping poor folks information stupid.
Please make sure you are rooting for the CORRECT team to admire/appreciate.
If you DON'T have millions of dollars some where then science/medicine will let you die!!!
THAT PART
Well said.
If it was available for all, then people would have to stop reproducing, cause you would have super easly 100 billion people on the planet.
The future of medicine? Healthcare in first world countries is going downhill pretty fast, and it's all planned
