    Acknowledging emotional and mental health struggles is often stigmatized in our society. It's refreshing to see a video that bravely delves into the underlying causes of the challenges so many of us encounter, and it definitely deserves recognition.

    The opposite to depression is expression, what comes out of you doesn't make you sick, what stay in there does make you sick. Good luck to all those who is reading 😊❤

    Bro I'm always impressed by the variety of topics and guests you feature on your podcast. However, I'm concerned about the relatively low number of views and subscribers your channel has. I believe that more people should be aware of Naeem Sikandar's excellent content.

    Hello
    I am clinical psychologist, and at the same time NLP practitioner and Hypnotherapist too
    Speaker speaks well but I want to address this point , he is talking about difference of psychologist and coach way of working. Please already we are in stigmatized society ,where people hesitate to take professional help. Don't convey any message for profession of psychology. I used these three treatment modalities at the same time , NLP and hypnotherapy works superficially,do instant relief, but deep rooted issues always dealt by therapies related to Psychology. And in our country these professionals are doing great job.
    Purpose is healing of clients and make Thier life at ease by using Al the treatment modalities,so every profession is good , and Every field have ethics so if someone is not following it we can't generalized all

    Too much rant about absolutely nothing, the guest is using psychological biases to exploit the audience. Just changing the title from " motivational speaker " to "life coach" doesn't mean you're not one of many exploiting poor souls desperate for help

    Bro, I will subscribe only if you stop using fake English accent and try speaking in our own beautiful Urdu language. Whenever you speak English, it is like you are trying it hard, For what?. It doesn't come naturally to you. Regarding this Podcast, this guy's statements are contradictory, on one hand he says, Pakistan has data and on other hand, he says Pakistan doesn't have authentic data.

    • @iffattahira4361
      @iffattahira4361 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ofcourse data is their but scattered and not organised, he could only talk about a chunk of it.

      Faridkhan.. plz understand that there is also a wider audience of this podcast outside of pakistan.
      In Europe, America and Canada there is a younger audience of pakistanis whose understanding of urdu may not be as comprehensive as yours. So if the host or guests of this podcast use English in between their conversations its not a big deal but may help others.
      There are very influential indian podcast presenters who do their podcasts in urdu and English to appeal to their wider audience around the globe and they pull in millions of viewers and subscribers. So this may be an idea that this channel can try to imitate but I also take into consideration your comment about urdu being a wonderful language but we need to be mindful of others who also listen to these podcasts.
