    i feel a lot my side delts whenever i do sets of overhead dumbell extension (1 dumbell using both arms same time jay cutler style)

    I love this video but do you think you can train for the sensation and get great results as well? I mean take a look at Dirk Emmerich and the way he trains.

      I don’t know if he’s letting sensation to be at the forefront for his decisions with movements tho. He just uses immaculate standardised form and chases consistent progressions whilst minimising fatigue massively, that’s what it’s about for him! Also I’m not saying sensation needs to be completely ignored, but it’s a variable that can really send someone down the wrong path if not applied correctly

    Why do you skip out on half the range of motion on the smith press?no hate just wondering

      So I tend to go just to the chin as I find the extra stretch makes it more chest bias. However, the range was awful anyways, like I said a terrible set from me due to feeling so unstable haha

    the enhanced argument doesnt make any sense, many pros who started steroids in their teens are still training and in good shape, lee priest jay cutler 2 good examples, both started gear in their teens
    gear if anything makes your bones and muscles stronger and keep them strong as you age

      In good shape yes, but their shape has declined? It’s not the same as it once was. Naturals can move forward for 30 years

      @@adampowe the shape of naturals decline more than on steroids with age, sterois are literally made to prevent how aging deteriorates the muscles/bones, or diseases like HIV, or people that cant move
      you only live once adam, go the enhanced route, have fun in this world, you already did lots of natty years and even competed and won natty, step it up and you can also teach others in the process, arent you curious to feel like a superhero?

      Yes I have because my physique doesn’t need that thickness from the front delt and through the tris , I need more medial delt width!
