Being Russian I feel this. Fear, anger and confusion are now at tops. Everybody blame everybody, and people think I'm crazy when I try to explain them the same. But I feel it. I also feel how turning off mass media and meditating helps a LOT. The image of reality changes immediately, but it is very hard to keep it that way because this negative field always finds its way into your mind. And then you have to clean it again. I also had a healing with Sarah. After a decade long journey of healing, including advanced meditation and Plant Medicine, I still had programming and hooks that needed assistance to be released. for the most part i’ve completely disregarded everything happening in the outside world including this war and have focused on raising my consciousness as well as my clothing brand which is all about self-awareness and conscious expansion. plus, i don’t watch the news at all and only hear information from the media from people i engage with on the streets. it’s been working out really great for me and i continue to elevate along with the people who are around me… mind you for the past two years i’ve gone to the deepest parts of myself and have been purging and cleansing the deepest parts of myself which i see has allowed me to have the platform i do now. i believe focusing on inward healing and elevating and living out our purpose is the ultimate cure!

Not to say that anyone should engage in a way that is harmful to themselves, but eventually, on the path , I have found that I become sovereign enough to engage with the world, even the horrors of this world, without producing loosh. I war will impact food production which will create food shortages. I do not say this to spark fear, but to point out that we cannot hide from what is actually taking place. Knowing and praying and holding the conflict I. Our minds in a field of light is a constructive way to affect the overall field, I believe
I suggest diverting some of that energy away from your "clothing brand" and work on growing some food. You're going to need it, and you cannot eat clothes.

Robert Monroe coined the term loosh. Probably a play on French louche. Louche ultimately comes from the Latin word luscus, meaning "blind in one eye" or "having poor sight." This Latin term gave rise to the French louche, meaning "squinting" or "cross-eyed." The French gave their term a figurative sense as well, taking that squinty look to mean "shady" or "devious."
Monroe also coined the term " out of body experience. "

@@andrewcanady6644 Hi Andrew, I have spent 6 yrs so far healing from , sadly an all too common traumatic childhood, teenagehood and adulthood. (childhood sexual abuse, Parents both had mental health, emotional abuse, spiritual abuse, nightly harassment by Astral beings, neglect, poor physical health. addiction, domestic abuse etc etc etc) I was so messed up, going from one awful situation to the next.
At 44yrs old, I finally 'broke' and called out to God (who had died for me a long time back) , in that moment, unbeknownst to me I had made a Clarion call and God answered.
I had many 'supernatural experiences' (I also had many as a child) and was having 'downloads',
this determination to return, and knowing that I was more than just this human being kicked in bigtime. The Holy spirit aka My Higher self, took me back over my childhood and I was able to see my life in a different perspective and able to see that my Parents did not deliberately inflict all the pain and heartbreak; they gave me what they had experienced themselves.
Don't get me wrong that did not mean that the pain, heartbreak, sadness, loneliness, resentment, bitterness, anger and rage just disappeared, this is what I have been trudging through for 6 years.
These are some of the People that have helped me in my journey, but there is no getting away from you having to do the work yourself ( I wanted someone to wave a magic wand and make everything ok for a long time in the beginning).
I wasn't even aware that I had Complex trauma/ptsd (gaslighted all the time by my narcissistic Mother to the point that I blamed myself for failing to cope with anything). These channels are all on TH-cam:

I did not now this until I read someone else's comment, if you can afford it then any help to progress is great, but remember you have to do your work, you cannot cheat class by getting someone else to do your homework, if you were allowed to do that there would be little point in you coming into the 'Game of life'.

Thank you I have been processing some reoccurring trauma and now know why. Sometimes when you are very empathic it is hard to separate where the emotion is derived from, yourself or others. This was very helpful.
These entities that want loosh attach to the psyche and will lie to get the reaction. They can be a tool to find/enhance yourself as they carry psychic energy.
Sarah, I'd like you to do a video about the laws that these entities act within, in my experience their subject to laws of attraction, karma and quantum entanglement to an extent. They seem to think I'm a mystic meditator. Ever since I integrated my shadow, anima, animus, conscience, subconscious, inner child and higher conscience they seem to be extremely curious or want me to solve all their problems. Before your videos come out I seem to be experiencing the very subject. Your videos are confirmation ^^
I feel at the moment I am in between two different timelines. There is me. Then there is me trying to deal with the reality of accepting the manipulation I experienced. This spot on puts into perspective why the war over there started. I knew the reality was trying to distract me using war because the personal direct attempts to extract my energy were not working. It used my friend who kept texting me about potential war on the horizon. When I finally gave in I was glued to the links and the videos. It was distracting me and I knew it was merely a needle to extract my energy. I knew it. And so I started the process of progressively tapering off because I immediately knew it was addicting and was distracting me from my aim. This was a good video and yes please a video on differentiating between energy vampires and how the reality attempts to take our energy. I've experienced both and this will help those like myself having these kinds of challenges. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this lesson. I am aware i create too much loosh sometimes. I'd like to blame it on the system and the people around me and it is true to a certain extent. I think everyone has to take their own part in stopping the creation of it.
I've just found, the more aware I become of some things, they anger me, but then I let them go
I am having a hard time letting got what people have 'said or done to me'. I have expectations for some people and they call short (not without reason), but then I'm upset, and they if course don't grow and change. In the end, it feel a bit lonely as there are just so many people I think I should let close to me so we don't continue producing loosh
Ok, to be honest I am talking about a person who I thought was a soulmate but then I am doing all the work, he disappears for four days and hasn't called in months but says he wants a baby... It's too much. I have love for him but it's impossible not to be around him and gett angry or triggered. I'm giving up on it
Remember to give kindness and love to the media and nations as though they were your sibling. The more love you give, the more comes back in return.

@@StephenS-2024 It doesnt work like that because the collective consciousness is low on this planet. Which means that most people only know and care about survival/social constructionism/belonging. The only way is just working on yourself. Higher awareness and a higher state of vibrations comes from consciousness development. It is pointless to teach younger souls knowledge when they arent as aware as you and me for example, they won't understand or care that much. Ones they're ready they will know themselves, all we can do as older souls is just working on ourselves and leave the knowledge behind for the collective consciousness .

I believe I understand. Seems like we are facing war in these times because as humanity we have not learned our lessons yet. It's very easy to label these events as terrible but I can see a great lesson coming from what's happening in these times.
Sometimes it's not because "we haven't learned our lessons" _(when in truth there are no lessons to be learned)._ Sometimes we create these things so to give us a different perspective about whatever it is we're looking for _(yes, we humans love drama..lol). :) Other times, it is to help us become more aware of our selves, of our actions, what we're doing, what deep inside we truly want. In the present case, i do believe that this is to help us wake up to what is really going on around us, and those who we have been giving our trust (the government that is). The truth is yet to come out, and i assure you, it's not what the corporate news want us to believe. It's quite the opposite.
