I know you posted this comment quite a while ago but I just watched a TH-cam clip from Avatar: The Last Airbender, where the chakras are described in a really simple way. It helped me a lot! Essentially it summarized that: The Root deals with survival and is blocked by fear The Sacral deals with pleasure and is blocked by guilt The Solar Plexus deals with willpower and is blocked by shame The Heart deals with love and is blocked by grief The Throat deals with truth and is blocked by lies The Third Eye deals with insight and is blocked by illusion The Crown deals with pure cosmic energy and is blocked by earthly attachments. So going over each of those blockages and what you're holding on to within them helps clear these channels. It's a rudimentary explanation of chakras but the simplicity helped me a lot. I know Sarah's chakra video is incredibly informative too. :)
I think a key point from this video worth repeating is that most people's 3rd eyes are energetically suppressed and shut down from programming and fear etc. Since you come into the world with all centers open including the brow chakra opening that chakra is primarily a function of decrease, or clearing the negative programming, the suppression of power etc. without that no techniques no matter how good they are will work. Speaking of which applied Heart-Brain Coherence can open the 3rd eye and we work with a a bunch of other original and Breath-Yoga techniques which are very effective but it starts with clearing all the energetic clutter, which most of was never yours in the 1st place.

Thank you Sarah. Nice summary. I recently was introduced to understand that each energy center (3rd eye as the sixth center)has seven centers from root to crown. That has allowed me to discern more precisely how each center is functioning. Yes thats 49 total centers to monitor. (I have more apps on my phone than 49). Your technique of Palm to Third Eye is helpful to facilitate clearing. Many thanks! Yes to more on this subject. And please more on the first chakra that I lovingly refer to as the enlightenment chakra as consciousness needs to ground through all the centers for our god consciousness to be fully realized. I found the root center the most dense and requires intense light of consciousness to severe the tap root of the collective and reveal sovereign divinity. 🕊️

The eye that I see it’s not always there but I’ve learned that it seems to represent different energies, I think sometimes I’m seeing a representation of my higher self, and sometimes it is A connection to guides or ancestors as it often appears when I think of them. You know how if you look in someone eyes you have a stronger connection it’s kind of like that. I’m not pretending to understand fully but that is the impression I have gleaned thus far. Such an important video. Thank you Sarah! Loved the techniques you talked about in the end, would love to know more about what else we can do for activating other energy centres. For those like me with partially dense matrix and other experiences, this seems quite helpful to clear away or work through some of the density. I have been having both visual in third eye, plus outside reality mystical experiences, which if described to others would not be believed by them. And this video helps bring clarity to some of the real world related experiences. My clairvoyance ones aren't like the usually the colorful visual ones that some experience in visualisation exercises, but i have had many dream experiences since childhood that are showing up in my reality for validation or clarity now, and how to work with or understand the deeper meaning of those dream experiences is also something i am trying to discern now. I can Heal. Anything. My sisters tumors overnight, my mothers friends cancer, helped a paralyzed boy walk, I like healing hearts the most. I woke up with poison once really bad for about 4-5 hours.
Psychic/intuition abilities are off the charts. I mean waaay off.
Telekinesis is the most profound so far, just honed it in good. But other lessons are presenting themselves as my ascension process unfolds.

We should not be afraid to be afraid, as a measure of fear is most probably healthy, and in any case it’s most likely also unavoidable!
I remember back in the ‘80’s and ‘90’s there were all these “No Fear” sunglasses and bumper stickers. Well my friend told me that one day he’d seen this woman driving along in a little compact car with a bumper sticker that said “Some Fear,” which I think is a hoot, but also part and parcel to spiritual health!
So it’s more than OK to be afraid at times and in good measure, but we should not “live in fear” and find ourselves wallowing in it!
This from one who has been essentially afraid of almost EVERYTHING since infancy! Whether I’m poly-phobic or hyper-phobic or pan-phobic I don’t know (I’m “afraid” I’m “unsure” what to call myself!)…
In any event, I’m sending you love and bravery for your birthday, have no fear of that!
Remember “apprehension” is “mild fear or anxiety,” but also “learning, obtaining, or capturing,” and finally and perhaps most importantly, it’s a measure of “UNDERSTANDING!”

I’m pretty sure my past life as a “sage” and saw the repercussions of healing others led to my death by being burned at the stake! I saw this vividly and saw my brown eyes behind my veil. Whine I have tried so hard to release this trauma and forgive this, I’m guessing this is the major block to my 3rd eye opening.

Thank you Sarah for this information. I don’t have limited believes for a while now. I heard my trauma, cleared my ancestor karma, and I’ve been cleaning my energy everyday. I can feel my third eye turn clockwise strongly and sometimes try to poke my forehead out😂. But I can’t see anything. I can’t see light, so I’m stuck with this 3rd eye opening. I was aware that most people didn’t have the same level of perception and always wondered why. That has allowed me to discern more precisely how each center is functioning. Yes thats 49 total centers to monitor. (I have more apps on my phone than 49). And please more on the first chakra that I lovingly refer to as the enlightenment chakra as consciousness needs to ground through all the centers for our god consciousness to be fully realized. I found the root center the most dense and requires intense light of consciousness to severe the tap root of the collective and reveal sovereign divinity. 🕊️

I too often see an eye but they are almost always different. I haven’t heard anyone else say this before.

@@basias7532 Oh for sure people are often judging and comparing and I don’t generally say anything about my experiences as I’m more often than not met with feelings of confusion. The eye that I see it’s not always there but I’ve learned that it seems to represent different energies, I think sometimes I’m seeing a representation of my higher self, and sometimes it is A connection to guides or ancestors as it often appears when I think of them. You know how if you look in someone eyes you have a stronger connection it’s kind of like that. I’m not pretending to understand fully but that is the impression I have gleaned thus far. I even got the image of the most incredible and Unique eye when I was trying to connect with Sophia.( Mother Earth )

Such an important video. Thank you Sarah! Loved the techniques you talked about in the end, would love to know more about what else we can do for activating other energy centres. For those like me with partially dense matrix and other experiences, this seems quite helpful to clear away or work through some of the density.
I have been having both visual in third eye, plus outside reality mystical experiences, which if described to others would not be believed by them. And this video helps bring clarity to some of the real world related experiences.
My clairvoyance ones aren't like the usually the colorful visual ones that some experience in visualisation exercises, but i have had many dream experiences since childhood that are showing up in my reality for validation or clarity now, and how to work with or understand the deeper meaning of those dream experiences is also something i am trying to discern now.
