Thank you for being so honest and detailed about the physical exertion. I am actually using my land clearing as exercise to recover from a major injury, and I often get annoyed that the general TH-cam bias is to make everything look easy. I have probably at least 100 small stumps so it will be a goal to do a couple a day as I can to get it done eventually. Thanks again.
The physical part is partially my fault because I get in too big of a hurry. Sometimes I don't take the time to release the brake when moving the machine and try to push or pull it to advance the position. I also try to move the machine forward over the ground chip pile rather than stopping and kicking the chip pile out of the way first. As you stated, take your time and you'll be fine!
I researched that at the time and the cheapest 3-point mounted grinder was over twice as much money. Also, you have to slowly move the tractor forward and/or backwards to use it. That would be okay for a Hydrostat trans but my largest tractor is a 24 speed with clutch and reverser.
I have a backhoe on my l47 and it's too much work to swap out the hardware. Plus some customers need stumps ground in places that the tractor doesn't fit.
@@JSProjectWild Yoj are correct sir. I just ordered the power king 803e . Power king should at least send you a set of teeth because watching your videos had sold me keep up the good work and great videos.👍🇺🇸

I cut my stumps way lower than that. I could see this actually work with the way I cut stumps .
Thanks for watching.
What year did you finish the job? No way man
It's no hill for a climber!
As a tractor owner I would have gotten a 3 point hitch stump grinder. Cost difference really isn't that much. 👍🇺🇸

Cost way more. Actively looking into this

Right, you'd have to remove the backhoe and add all the three-point hardware back on. Two great points Anthony. Thanks for watching/commenting!
