    Are these trails mapped out on an app or something? Are they classified by features/difficulty or just full send? Great video man!

      Yes, OnX offroad has all the Hatfield McCoy trail systems marked out! There are also GPX files online, and phsyical maps available at the trailhead. Trail's are classified, similar to a ski-slope, they range from easy to extremely difficult. 75% of the trails in the video are Black diamonds with some blues in between.
