The fact that you were confident to find a leak with only 1.5 PSI It's pretty impressive man most people would have put the charge in and then leak check good stuff...
Just to emphasize for new techs: This is R-290, flammable gas. You need to do a nitrogen sweep and ensure there is no remnants of the gas with your gas leak detector before you braze.
I see you use the piercing valve what do you do after your done? I’m sure you don’t leave them on so what’s your process? Do you braze on service ports then remove them after or what
New to working on coolers, I’ve seen several of your videos, is their a guide/reference that tells what evap td should be based on the type of system being worked on?
Yes definitely. They have sent me 2 other warranty calls so I think we will become their ASA and they it’s got a huge contract with one of of our grocery stores.
We all know how brutal the new shippers employees are with no experience in shipping. I’ve asked several shippers the employees if they don’t have a liftgate and a helper when they’re shipping they just push the packages right off the edge they’re not gonna hurt their back moving product around.

⬆️👍
I hope the manufacturer is watching these videos. It would help them so that they can save money and also make the customer happy.
I did let them know why the issue happened, but that is a great suggestion.

Wow three in a row you made it happen Great work tech
👍
What leak detection fluid do you use? Is thin better than thick liquid?
Hope all is well with you men .
👍
They should do a recall on these fridges.
Great video👊 Seeing this more often lately with R600a 😅
R600 hasn’t hit the commercial side for me yet, but basically the same concept.
@@REFRIGERATIONKITCHENEQTECH It's comming. And then you will see charges of 42gr of R600a. On normal size single door reach ins.
Another great job

Not really, general cap tube uses a 20TD evap coil
Do you run calls for Konop Refrigeration? Those MTL units are familiar
Havnt seen that in Toronto
As usual great job.
Wow!!, 3 units same issue. As someone said before they see this and add support in the future. That could be easily avoided.

How it pulls in to deep vacuum when there is a leak..
Leak was repaired
1:28 watch it be the same missed braze joint on all three lol
Lol, it was definitely what I was thinking when I got to the second unit

I’m this case, my guess would be some kind of scenario like this.
