Thanks, Chris. Love this. I'm fascinated with Freeform, but as a now retired person I can't think of why I need it...other than I really want to learn it. I'd love a vid demonstrating Freeform for a more personal, non work/career related use. Just asking. No expectations. (I don't want to be spending time building templates.)

iPad newbie here. Just watched this to learn tips on using Notes on the iPad. Was wondering for about 20 min why the heck the screen and controls were different from what I see in Notes.
... then finally re-wound and heard the quick almost indiscernible mention of the word 'Freeform' about 30 sec in. Suggest listing that in the title or description to avoid confusion

These are some fantastic ideas! I wonder if you have a recommendation for a long form handwriting app. I’m a translator, and I like to hand write my first draft. But I would love to have a way to turn that handwriting often dozens if not, hundreds of pages into real text so that I can use it to edit for my second draft.

Interesting ask. I’m not sure really… I suppose Notability or Good Notes? I’m curious if there’s a dedicated app for that… hmm

@ with all the high-tech stuff I love, my work is one place I want to slow down and be carefully mindful of every word. Handwriting facilitates that mindset, particularly if you’re watching your penmanship.

@ I’m now looking at Nebo. It has a document mode that might just do the trick.

Lately I've been using Freeform for ideas, projects, and whatnot. Never occurred to me to use it in such a way. Thanks for that

To all Freeform Experts. ( Chris never responds, so asking others ) .
Kindly help if anyone knows below. I keep posting this even in apple forums but didn't get any solution to this.
    1. In freeform, How to search for specific FILENAMES ? . "Search" was previously working for FILENAMES , but now "Search" is only working for contents of file but not Filenames.
    2. In freeform, how can we zoom in /out a particular word like we do in lasso tool in goodnotes ? . I see it has a overall zoom feature but not for specific words or sentences.

I use iWorks extensively or even creatively. But when it comes to Apple's Journal and Freeform, I'm at lost and not interested at all. Even after watching this, I'm like 'Nah... I still won’t try to use it'
