    Amazing video, love how clearly Brittney was about her thought process and also an easy to follow step-by-step process.
    Personally I was wondering earlier on in the video wondering when she would discuss/ask what was known about potential increase of customers due to digital products and the potential reputation gain of being one of, if not, the first digital bank in Greece in this case. However, I do very much understand the argument you gave in the feedback that you want to provide the client with a clear direction and therefore leave this for follow-up steps.
