Don't find happiness, find your purpose...this hits me hard. Grabe yung conversations nyo puno ng karunungan and very inspiring. I've learned so much 🙏🙏
I was just randomly watching TH-cam vids when this content popped up. 😢 I am currently suffering in a spiritual battle.. I am also an ordained pastor and deals with this struggle of choosing my passion vs being God's servant 💔
As a young adult this inspires me a lot, I saw Pastor Iturriaga personally as he visited our church last month. He is really a light to other people. After watching this episode, I realized that I am still in the stage of finding my purpose and calling. It is hard indeed, but I keep praying to the Lord that He will guide and be with me.
Upon reading most of the comments, I praise God that we are all inspired by God through this nomad Ptr. Jasper. I am a jungle school teacher here in Palawan, knowing that all the stories from Kuya Jasper is really true about the kids in the mountains! Indeed, God is giving His grace for underserving people like us to minister and help the kids. I myself being 6 years in the mission takes a big gut to have that leap of faith! By God's grace, with passion I was able to led by God to be here in the jungle. Indeed very greatful and extremely blessed with the great commission that God entrusted to us! Thanks God that Kuya Jap open the eyes of the world in a greater light for mission.
I am SeventhDay Adventist too... thank you for this interview.. dami lesson makukuha.. lalo na yung "Instead of cursing the darkness, we should light the candle".. its a real struggle of every SDA.
Havent heard this person but since he is a guest in Toni's show then this guy must be somthing so i got curious. Oh wow! I literally jot down some words of wisdom...a lot actually! And ill never ever get tired of listening to this guy...he is such an inspiration! Ive been through this line "I was not searching for God.. but i God found me". Back then i was searching for something unknown, then i found God! He came to me. Thats when my awakening and journey started. It's true.. "Dont look for happiness..find your purpose". That helped me survived. Thanks Toni and Jasper!🙂
Goosebumps kept coming during the whole interview! Very inspiring and wise words. Really felt the Holy Spirit from both your lives guys. Also the first time knowing this man so thank you ate Toni for letting this interview happen. It served as a bridge for me to know more about his journey, and I really feel like his life will impact mine that draws me closer to God. May God continue to give you that strength, peace and desire to follow your calling. I can already imagine God smiling & being proud for the works you've done for Him.
It simply mean that you need more outside then inside the church. You are still serving God naman by serving His people. Truly an inspiration. Thank you for sharing your stories! To God be ALL the GLORY!

I've noticed Toni's eyes sparkled and enthusiastically delving in this kind of topic...this might be her explorations in the future...she has this wisdom that she's excited about when she shares...So love ❤️ this segment empowering, reminder, encouraging at the same time, because some of usa re just living a life without a God given purpose and fulfillment, we are discovering something new, in our hurdles as we go through in our calling, character building ika nga. As soon as I saw that its Jasper being interviewed, I clicked right away. Heard his jungle school stories before from a podcast and here he is again sharing more of his experiences. I hope he writes a book on all of these things, every experience he had from traveling around the world so more minds would be open. I would definitely grab a copy.
So inspiring ❤️ "Man's rejection is a redirection" hits hard 🤗🤗 This is by far my most favorite Toni talks episode. I'd like to hear more of his stories 🤗🤗

This episode just changed my prayers to "Lord please help me take that leap of faith" from "Lord this is enough, take my life." Thank you Toni for featuring Pastor Jasper's inspiring life story. Kudos to the team, more inspiring stories like this please 🙏

This epidose would be the best episode so far! I'm truly inspired by Jasper and this made me rethink my decisions and my true purpose in life. Thank you, Jasper. Thank you, Toni. All glory to God!
Jasper is so inspiring, its so touching how he share his story genuinely and no pretentions, hes willing to sacrifice his comfort and do all this without getting anything in return because it's sad that some people are helping and filming and take advantage from it. You can feel his sincerity while he shares the story, that his love for what he do is so pure ❤️ We need more people like him.
It made me realize so many things because of this interview. And im more proud to say that I am a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian. Im a bit jealous of the joy and contentment jasper has, despite the circumstances. But I know God has a purpose for me also, and I cant wait to experience it with Him. Praise God!
I knew this day will come. Super proud of you Pastor Jasper. I remember nung kinukulit pa lang kita about cameras and photography and you were so humble and nice.
True since most people now are looking for the comfort so they tend to just work and work til they die, its like a routinary thing but the question is are you really happy with it just staying in your comfort zone afraid to lose money, gadgets, status, popularity and so on material and desires that fully not the happiness 🙂
I"m on the stage thinking what"s really my purpose in life! While preparing for admission in a hospital to be operated cause I was diagnosed ..breast cancer....this video popup ,and learned many things.Thank you Toni !
Hello sis, I am also a breast Cancer survivor, I was in a bedridden for 2years my left hand cannot carry anything, I could hardly eat cuz I have a worst allergy too on my face..Thanks God that one of our priest here adviced me to asked help on our Exorcist priest then scheduled me to hear some Healing Seminar after seminar I go to confession cause before on my younger years I don't really have faith on the Sacraments on the Church..Praise God for the Sacrament of Reconciliation I felt so much happy and all of my hurts and traumas and unforgiveness I asked pardon to God to all the sins I've committed and to my family and do the process of Forgiveness..Thanks God my 3 big lumps on my Left breast disappeared with the grace of God..and I did not goes to Cebu cause the doctor scheduled me to have biopsy then if what's the result I'll be undergo operation on my breast..My maintenance is receiving Jesus everyday and regular confession to a Priest..I thank so much God for allowing me that kind of sickness on my breast for 2 years my mum assist me when I go to bed and that sickness sis truly the bridge to Jesus..May God be praised forever and thru the intercession of Mama Mary and all the saints in Heaven .
I got to know you (online) through the jungle school in Palawan last year, where it made me inspired to volunteer there as a teacher soon if given the chance to aid the jungle kids there. The lessons you've imparted, especially to the young people, have shown me that there is a God who we need at every stage of life and who is ready to do miracles for us. Being a humanitarian wasn't easy for you, for sure. You've faced a lot of rejections and judgments, but you're still not letting these circumstances be a hindrance to what God has called you to. "Instead of cursing the darkness, we should light the candle" "Don't find happiness, find purpose" "What breaks your heart is what God has called you to do" "Home is where God has called me to go" "We do not seek for grace but grace was sent in search for us" 👆 Those phrases give me goosebumps 🤪
I kept on asking my self "what is my purpose" what are the things that i love to do" what does God wants me to do?" I seek for him.. and still hoping that one day the Lord will show me my own feat to conquer.. one day!
I am a 32-yr-old Pastor. While watching this, I am assessing myself if I'll be happy if I will leave what I am doing and pursue being a teacher. I feel sad! I am crying now. I conclude God really called me to be where I am and do what I am doing now. Thank You, Lord for the confirmation.
“What breaks your heart is what God wants you to do”. Indeed, God has created us wonderfully. Therefore, we need to find our purpose, learn to love unconditionally, talk tactfully and always be faithful to His promises. ✨ May we continue to spread the good news and never let darkness overshadow you ❤️ God bless us all.
This interview made me question my purpose and what am I still doing in this job that I hate. I cried in front of my laptop and looked at my elder sister who is the reason my heart got broken. I resigned from my previous job, left Cebu which I really love and went back to Manila to take care of her. I always asked why am I the sacrificial lamb? I knew I should have been for a greater purpose but I enclosed myself in a box. Thank you for this interview Toni.
So many takeaways from this interview. My 3 faves are: Peace is doing what God calls you to do, Do not let circumstance dictate your life and what breaks your heart is your calling. So bitin! Thank you Pastor Jasper for sharing your story. God bless your ministry. God bless Toni Talks.
Aaaaaaargh! Finally, two favs in one screen. I really had to re-watch the video and grab a journal to write down all the "wisdom" flooding in. I'm smiling and so empowered the whole video♥️ Pstr Jasper is also on Spotify guys, it's "Beyond the Passport". Please check on him there if you wanna know his stories and be inspired! ♥️

Hope Toni you will have more of this interview...Godbless you Toni... Thanks Jasper...

Proud to be a Seventh-Day Adventist. Thank you Pastor Jasper for such an inspiration
God hates the proud, but shows favor to the humble .🤣✌️
I'm blessed to be a Seventhday Adventist 🙏🏽
I was just randomly watching TH-cam vids when this content popped up. 😢 I am currently suffering in a spiritual battle.. I am also an ordained pastor and deals with this struggle of choosing my passion vs being God's servant 💔
As a young adult this inspires me a lot, I saw Pastor Iturriaga personally as he visited our church last month. He is really a light to other people. After watching this episode, I realized that I am still in the stage of finding my purpose and calling. It is hard indeed, but I keep praying to the Lord that He will guide and be with me.
Inspiring

I'm here bcoz of what happened to Pilot Dan in Palawan, and I saw Pas. Jasper's post- searching for Pilot Dan until now for 4 days

Wherever you go when God is in you.All things are possible.
I loved watching this man living his life with a purpose and it inspires me a lot as a worker of God. He inspires me also to do well in my calling. 😇
"what are you willing to do for free?"
"what breaks your heart?"

This episode just changed my prayers to "Lord please help me take that leap of faith" from "Lord this is enough, take my life." Thank you Toni for featuring Pastor Jasper's inspiring life story. Kudos to the team, more inspiring stories like this please 🙏

Im teary eyed sa story mo...God is working in you, keep safe...God bless you

It made me realize so many things because of this interview. And im more proud to say that I am a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian. Im a bit jealous of the joy and contentment jasper has, despite the circumstances. But I know God has a purpose for me also, and I cant wait to experience it with Him. Praise God!
I knew this day will come. Super proud of you Pastor Jasper. I remember nung kinukulit pa lang kita about cameras and photography and you were so humble and nice.
‘’Don’t find happiness, find purpose’’. Very inspiring!
True since most people now are looking for the comfort so they tend to just work and work til they die, its like a routinary thing but the question is are you really happy with it just staying in your comfort zone afraid to lose money, gadgets, status, popularity and so on material and desires that fully not the happiness 🙂
Indeed. Happiness is for the weak....Purpose is for the truly great...
Proud Adventist here! 🙏🏻 indeed ministry has always been a comfort and passion to a youth like me.
Proud Seventh day Adventist ❤️❤️
Proud SDA ❤️🙏

I got to know you (online) through the jungle school in Palawan last year, where it made me inspired to volunteer there as a teacher soon if given the chance to aid the jungle kids there. The lessons you've imparted, especially to the young people, have shown me that there is a God who we need at every stage of life and who is ready to do miracles for us. Being a humanitarian wasn't easy for you, for sure. You've faced a lot of rejections and judgments, but you're still not letting these circumstances be a hindrance to what God has called you to.
"Instead of cursing the darkness, we should light the candle"
"Don't find happiness, find purpose"
"What breaks your heart is what God has called you to do"
"Home is where God has called me to go"
"We do not seek for grace but grace was sent in search for us"
👆 Those phrases give me goosebumps 🤪
I kept on asking my self "what is my purpose" what are the things that i love to do" what does God wants me to do?" I seek for him.. and still hoping that one day the Lord will show me my own feat to conquer.. one day!
A Philosopher once said, The meaning of life is to find your purpose and give it away. Bless your ministry Pastor. 😊 😊
“Don’t find Happiness, Find your purpose” Wow the Impact through my heart ♥️. I love it.
Same here
Amen
I am in awe with Jasper! Amazing person! Kindhearted...God bless you more Jasper!
Do not chase HAPPINESS, chase for a PURPOSE.
This story really inspires people, best episode of TGS.
Wowww you hit me big time Jasper! Very inspiring words especially this “ Instead of cursing the darkness we should light the candle”
This the most worth it 22 minutes of my life, oh my Goodness I was crying the whole time watching this, so inspiring!
