Not Volkswagen mate😅 have a brand new Tiguan R line 71 plate and it is one the of worst cars I have had in a long time, It shocking that they own Audi and miles behind them on everything specially quality.
Worst choice I made was getting out of my Audi A4 S line to this😫

What I don't understand is if it takes four screws and 20 seconds to put a dashboard in, why does my dealer need 3 days to take it out again.

I absolutely love my 2023 Tiguan SE R line Black. The ambience is good, however should have continued it in the back seat area. The R badge logos are too small. VW, bigger R Line badging is what is needed, and for sure on the back hatch area. Just an SE IN Chrome, and the small Tiguan lettering just takes away. The HP at 184 is too low. It would be nice to see 210 hp and 240lb torque and it will demolish the segment market competition. As it stands in 2023, remains competitive, but many consumers still question reliability. Keeping up with routine maintenance and reliability should be help with reliability.

Wish we got the short wheelbase in Canada.. can't make myself switch up from the GTI to Tiguan long wheelbase... they've missed a trick with their oversmart allocation of models for NorthAmerica as usual

Having Only 184 hp is a joke
It really is.. but there's something about VW that makes me want to keep sticking with the brand. Nothing a little software tune can't fix which adds easily 40 hp.

Got the brand new Tiguan R Line and am sorry to say it’s the worst car have had for build quality and also for fuel it’s a thirsty thing😫 1.5 petrol auto is a no go for anyone who is looking at this car don’t travel much and still easily cost me £10 fuel a day. Absolutely gutted I give back my A4 for this😭

Never buy tiguan or most VW. Terrible resale value and many expensive repair problems
Vw products keep a good resale value in Canada. Just maintain and keep your VW's. I had my B6 Passat Wagon with the ' terrible ' FSI engine, 6Spd manual, for 410 000km with basic maintenance and it was a fantastic car. It was a rust bucket at the end, but the mechanic was still very good...
And what other car manufacturer would you recommend Kyqorios?
If you are thinking to buy a new car, don't buy VW and worst, don't buy Tiguan, is the most badly suv i ever had,..
This suv is dealing with too many problems, you can see in Car reviews and think twice...

The first generation TSI had some timing chain tensioner issues that are costly to update and potentially terminal for the engine. Also, as most of the DI engine do, the intake valve gets dirty but it's easy to clean. The EA888 Gen 3 in the new Tiguan fixes both of these issues. But hey, you can get a Kia, a Hyundai or a nice Nissan if you don't like refined cars !
