One of Gabby’s friends, Rose Davis, has come forward saying that Brian was a controlling, manipulative and jealous individual.
She stated that she (Rose) was one of Gabby’s ONLY friends in FL since relocating because Brian did not want her to have friends because he was constantly afraid of her “leaving him.”
Rose also stated that Brian had suffered from what Gabby called “episodes”, in which he would not sleep and would “hear voices.”
She also stated that Brian had at one point confiscated Gabby’s ID so she couldn’t go out to bars and hang out with her only friend - especially if he wasn’t there.
    Brian is beyond guilty.
Brian is not missing, he is hiding.
His family knows where he is at - and they need to be charged with obstruction of justice, harboring a criminal, and as accessories after the fact.
I pray she is found ALIVE, but as each day passes I can’t help but thinking that monster - that pathetic excuse for a man - did something horrific to her.
    *EDIT*:
    RIP Gabby.
This pathetic excuse for a “man” WILL be found and he will suffer the ultimate consequences.
His entire family will also suffer the ultimate consequences.
    We will never forget.

@Brett Heart So you're saying the step dad should assault the Laundrie family with a deadly weapon, in which case it's retaliation among other charges and then Brian will become virtually immune to ever being convicted. That's why when you report a crime someone else did or may have done to you, they tell you to stay away from the suspect and never, ever, threaten them. And the investigators tell you to tell your family the same.

Why? No crime committed with the 2 things you mentioned. Vehicle could be in both of their names since they were getting married, that's pretty standard with couples. Abandoning someone is also not a crime. Personally I think he did it but then again this is America and not anywhere else in the world.

Anyway, she moved with her van from Jersey to FL to live with him and his family for a year before they got "engaged." It's her van, which he had already tried to steal from her once before. He obviously did at least that much now. They would have had to go to a Department of Licensing to get that changed over to his name. Kinda sounds like that was never going to happen, just like he was never going to marry her.

i believe she was somewhat the same way. I think people are tending to make her into some kind of perfect little suffering angel when she herself was capable of tantrums, screaming episodes and face scratching. She worked at Publix. I'd like to know how high school students can afford to travel the world alone, then after graduation afford customized vans, extended travel lasting for years without having a job or income. I know just a weekend trip to the city can cost upwards of $1000. These and a lot of other "van-lifers" are endulged children of the rich. While millions are wondering if they can make the rent and feed their kids, we have a population of young people "living their best possible lives" with mom and dad are footing the bill. Watch her one and only TH-cam video. She doesn't seem mature at all and wants all the attention on herself.

@@amywalker7515 it seems you are projecting dear. Travel doesn't have to be expensive (Couchsurfing app for example). They don't have to pay for wifi, electricity, water like at a house. Their cost is the car and gas.
I spent 5 weeks in Europe and spent next to nothing due to Couchsurfing and flight deals. If you want it enough you can make it happen. Yeah, she borrowed money from her parents. She's 22, which in the world of psychology is still a kid (brain doesn't stop developing until 24/25). Her parents likely empathized with her mental health issues, healing and need to have adventure and find her career path on the off the beaten path. That isn't enabling. What is enabling is his parents who protect him whilst letting another family suffer.

The FBI needs to check any and all cameras located near the Colter Bay showers. You can buy showers there. Brian was hitchhiking out of there on August 29th and the girl who picked him up remarked how clean he was and how he didn't smell like he had been camping for many days as he had told her he was. I 100% believe he hiked to Colter Bay to shower and remove any incriminating blood evidence from his body that he didn't want to transfer into the van. This makes sense since this guy is clearly calculating enough to have evaded law enforcement thus far, and it would explain why he was in Colter Bay without the van and why he needed to hitchhike back. If there are cameras near those showers I'd bet anything he'd be caught on camera walking into one.

What I'm about to say is not "NICE" but it's the truth: I've been married for like 13 years and if my wife went missing, after letting the police know she was gone, I wouldn't talk to them either. The police are going to blame him for this no matter what he says. If he tells them any explanation that ends with him coming home without her, they are going to do their best to prove not only does he know but that he DID whatever it was to get that caused her to not come back. That's just how it is.
WHAT IF she really did go missing or something happened like they split for the night and she ran off/something happened while she ran off and whether or not he knew, what if he decided f*** it, I'm going home, this is the last straw, etc, like these things can happen, and then she doesn't come back and he knows damn well they are going to blame him so he gets a lawyer before he even tells her family and prepares for the incoming shit show. That is just as likely as him killing her and having more than enough time to dissappear the body. They are BOTH just as possible. We WANT to say the latter, but if the first scenario happened to be, I would be handling this similar except I would have not went into actual hiding from the police and I would have kept very close contact with my lawyer and tried to hire my own private investigators to go find my wife bc I have VERY little to no faith in the police. They are great at finding this out when they have the right person, but if they happen to have the wrong one, they will just as fastidiously build a case against that person and you can see it happen right on here you tube has lots of footage of cases that go both ways.
Either way, if you look at his behavior from the start, he does not intend on going to jail. With him actually hiding though that is the first mistake. If he is a person of interest he needs to at least not hide where he is living from his own lawyer. That does say he is guilty if nothing else does.

The police profiled this coward. Because he was white, thin, and non-threatening they assumed everything was ok. If the suspect was a person or color, he would have been arrested, they wouldn’t even have checked him for scratches or marks.

Imo, a decent dude isnt going to leave his fiancee on the side of the road, far from home, in the middle of nowhere without cell reception and the ability to call for help/someone to come get her. Even in the heat of the moment, if he had driven off, a decent dude wouldve turned around and gone back at some point. Also, if its her van, decent people dont steal someone else's vehicle because they are mad at them. The biggest red flag...the last thing an innocent person would do is get a lawyer as soon as they return from a trip. You dont get a lawyer unless you know something bad happened and you had a part to play in it or think you might be accused of it. He already had the paper before the cops showed up. Both him and his parents ignoring her parents is not a normal reaction of an innocent person. A person who knows nothing wouldve answered her parents calls and said something like, you havent talked to her, i dont know where she is cause i left her when we got into a fight. He wouldve been shocked to hear it. And if she was living with him and all her stuff is there and he has her van, common sense says that she would be trying to contact him or wouldve showed up at his house for her stuff. He wasnt the least bit concerned? He didnt try to call her to say come get ur crap out of my house? Its hard to believe that an innocent person, who at some point cared about someone, wouldnt speak through his lawyer to help her family find her. Does not look good for him.

Most likely scenario: Given it's a 35-hour plus drive from the park to Florida, and given that Gabby's folks received a text from her phone on August 30, I have reason to believe then that someone besides Gabby or Brian made the text. Brian returned on September 1, so unless you think he drove non-stop, I just don't see how he could have made the text. I am sure LE and the FBI have already determined the longitude and latitude of where the text came from. Had it really been Gabby and had Brian already left her, I would assume Gabby would have told that to her parents, so unless Brian made the text, jumped in the van, and booked it for nearly two days across the country with no sleep to get home at a record pace, I simply have to assume that there's someone or some others involved here. Given all that and the fact the Laundries have been tight lipped about it, my working theory is that Brian and Gabby were kidnapped in the park, perhaps by whoever murdered the lesbian couple, and Brian was told not to tell a soul except for his parents so he could obtain a ransom. Perhaps now Brian is going across country with a brown bag of mom and dad's life savings in order to save Gabby's life. The other possibility is that it's all a hoax in order for them to shore up subscribers onto their TH-cam and Insta accounts! I tend to lean toward the former, however, because there is that dead lesbian couple.

In Australia one woman dies every week from domestic violence. I am very passionate about helping survivos of this disease. Like I said it's a communicable disease..I was a victim for 11 years. That police body cam traffic stop with Gabby and Brian, you could tell straight away she was a victim. Instantly Gabby started blaming herself. That was a red flag to me. The fear she had getting out of that van and she still wouldn't say anything but Brian got on the blame wagon about her being the aggressor. The scratches on his hands and neck tells me she did that to get her hands off from him strangling her. When women fight they don't scratch the neck. Have a good night.

When a person experiences such collapse, they're capable of causing great harm and this might also explain why he chose to drive back home and immediately hire a lawyer- it's probably the only direction he could think of. I suspect he'll eventually talk, but now he's likely focused on minimizing the consequences to himself as a result of what he has done. The last time Brian's family saw him was on September 1st/2nd He got home, parents questioned him about Gabby's whereabouts and he broke down. They helped him flee the country and waited almost 2 weeks until he was in a secure spot to drive his car to a reserve and make it look like he was there and then called the police to report him missing. I don't even think his lawyer has seen him in person.

It's possible that there could have been a terrible accident and he panicked and went home worried he would get blamed. People act irrational when they're scared.
BUT after just watching the entire 75min body cam footage of Gabby and Brian's interaction with the police, I don't really believe it was something innocent. She was crying, upset, and she ended up being the "aggressor". The cops were fantastic tho becuz they didn't charge her, they all really thought they were doing something good at the time. Hindsight is 20/20 and I'm sure those cops involved are probably feeling VERY guilty right now for not doing something differently. What boggled my mind is that it was known that Brian had locked her out of the vehicle and tried to leave her and she clawed her way back in. Yet, it was assumed the van was Brian's and left up to him if she could take it or not. It seemed like Gabby was taking all the blame which was just a huge red flag that she was trying to protect him. Brian got a hotel room and Gabby was left alone with the van for the night.

    • @JD4A84
      @JD4A84 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

@@justkim9827 Thank you!! I don't understand how no one else sees that too. It is so clear in the police body cam videos, and the cops didn't investigate well at all. I also don't think they understood it is Gabby's vehicle, or that the argument was because Brian took the car keys from her because he didn't like her "mood" because she was apologizing to him, and locked her out of her own vehicle to cry and scream alone while he sat in her vehicle. He literally admitted he locked her out of her vehicle because he wanted to force her to "calm down". This guy is very abusive.
The only reason Brian had marks/scratches is because he took her property (car keys) and would not give them back. She was desperately trying to take her keys back so he wouldn't be able to control her and lock her out of her van. Of course he was going to get scratches, they were fighting over sharp keys, but it's because of his abusive and immature actions, NOT because Gabby was the aggressor.
The cops never understood the steering wheel/curb incident either. Brian was driving and speeding, and when the police appeared he panicked/got scared, which is why Gabby in the passenger seat (with a fast response) was telling Brian he had to pull over her van immediately, and moved to grab the steering wheel to initiate pulling over to the shoulder (because Brian wasn't and his response was very slow).
